Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany!
My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! I am already very much looking forward to returning to complete the treatment in a few months’ time!

Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement
My main concern was organization and communication, especially when traveling for surgery. This ultimately was not a concern. From my first contact with Bookimed to the end of my treatment, everything was organized, smooth, and professional. They were responsive and helpful, offering multiple doctor options and answering all my questions in detail.
I chose Dr. Sinan Erçülo after my own research. During the consultation, he showed me before and after photos of similar noses and was honest about the realistic outcomes. He personally performed the open nose surgery. His team was also excellent, especially Tali. I truly felt supported throughout the journey.
The recovery period is progressing almost as expected, and the clinic continues to provide support through a clear aftercare guide and easy access. There were no additional expenses. Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

I now feel better than I expected
What surprised me most was how quickly the whole procedure was over. I’d expected to spend at least four hours in the dentist’s chair, but my dentist finished in less than two. During that time, he removed a number of decayed teeth with great professionalism and fitted 10 Nobel Biocare implants. He personally consulted with me before the operation and carried it out himself. I now feel better than I expected. The clinic is always on hand, which is very important during the recovery period. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to have a good meal the evening before the operation. And if you’re facing the same extent of treatment as I did, make sure to take plenty of tissues with you to the hotel.
It’s hard for me to say what I didn’t like. I think everything went absolutely brilliantly. Everyone, from the coordinator to the driver, carried out their duties to perfection. I’m very grateful to everyone!

I have not yet had the implant placed; only the gums have been augmented and bone graft material has been applied. Now I'm waiting six months for further implant placement. Yes, the gums are still slightly swollen, and the biggest challenge is the need to avoid hard food. This is expected. The sensation during chewing is normal for this period. My main advice to others: trust only professionals.

The aftercare was excellent
What stuck in my mind most was the moment when the doctor showed me the CT scan and explained the entire treatment plan in detail. He personally carried out the placement of my seven Straumann implants. The aftercare was excellent. They took an active interest in how I was feeling, gave me very clear aftercare instructions and were always available, which was very reassuring. The only additional costs were for the medication, which I bought from a chemist. It’s worth noting that everything I needed to know was explained to me before I arrived at the clinic, so there were no surprises.
A huge thank you to the doctor, the coordinator and the whole clinic staff for their patient and attentive care of their patients. I really do feel lucky to have ended up at this clinic. I missed my flight and lost a whole day. Despite this, they admitted me and carried out everything that had been planned. Right from the start, I really liked this clinic. The staff are warm-hearted and caring people.Thank you also for your help with the translation. For me, there was nothing negative about my first visit. The post-operative instructions were more than detailed. I’m looking forward to the second and final stage. I’d like to believe that I won’t be disappointed going forward either. The moment the doctor showed me the CT scan and honestly explained the plan, discussed the condition of my bone tissue, and the potential risks, it finally reassured me. He personally performed the placement of 5 or 6 NTA implants. After the procedure, the support was excellent. They are always available, checked in on my well-being, and provided very clear care instructions. There were no additional costs. My main advice to future patients: simply trust the experience and professionalism of the clinic's doctors.
This is my second and final visit to this clinic, where I had all my teeth fully restored - the upper teeth on previously installed implants and crowns on all my remaining lower teeth. As before, everything was at an absolutely high professional level - both management and doctors. Special thanks to coordinator Ms. Kateryna for her attention to patients, for reminders, and assistance in organizing the trip, as we are not always sure what exactly needs to be done, and here Ms. Kateryna was truly helpful. Once again, many thanks to her for the assistance and excellent management.

I feel that I made the right choice by coming here
I was most worried about the recovery and potential discomfort after the procedure. However, the process turned out to be much easier than I expected. The surgeon was very professional and instilled confidence, which meant a lot, and the entire staff took excellent care of me from start to finish. The clinic itself is modern and clean, which also helps to feel calm. I am still in the healing stage, but everything is going well. I feel that I made the right choice by coming here. A sense of gratitude.
Everything went great. No one pressured for additional costs. They provided advice on what can be done during the next visit. Explained in detail how to take the medication and for how long. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!
Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns.
