The management of the medical coordinator Marsela, incredible, super professional and with a brutal level of empathy with the patient.
In my case, I missed the work of a translator. But thanks to the applications that exist today, we have been able to understand each other and reach the necessary agreements to be able to carry out everything according to the client's needs.

What worried me most was how the recovery would go; I was particularly afraid of pain and difficulties with eating. The temporary restoration fitted perfectly first time, which was a real relief. I had four Nobel Biocare implants fitted in my upper jaw and six in my lower jaw, and the whole process, from the consultation to the operation, was very well organised. The surgeon and the clinic staff were highly professional. Everything went smoothly.
I had dental implants fitted. I was a bit unsure at first, but after the consultation I felt much more at ease – the dentist explained everything in detail. The procedure was carried out carefully, without any severe pain, and the recovery was also easier than I’d expected. Throughout the process, I could tell they were working professionally and without rushing. I’m happy with the result; everything looks natural and feels comfortable.

Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany!
My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement
My main concern was organization and communication, especially when traveling for surgery. This ultimately was not a concern. From my first contact with Bookimed to the end of my treatment, everything was organized, smooth, and professional. They were responsive and helpful, offering multiple doctor options and answering all my questions in detail. I chose Dr. Sinan Erçülo after my own research. During the consultation, he showed me before and after photos of similar noses and was honest about the realistic outcomes. He personally performed the open nose surgery. His team was also excellent, especially Tali. I truly felt supported throughout the journey. The recovery period is progressing almost as expected, and the clinic continues to provide support through a clear aftercare guide and easy access. There were no additional expenses. Honestly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-organized and clear, even the hotel with a sea view was wonderful. But most importantly, the doctor has golden hands, thank you for the excellent work! I had 12 Medentika implants placed, and now I feel better than I expected. The process was very well-coordinated. However, I had to lower the overall rating due to organizational issues: I was not informed in advance about the existence of implants of different quality and price, and unfortunately, there were unexpected problems with cashless payment.
An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-coordinated, clear, and understandable; a wonderful hotel with a sea view. Most importantly, heartfelt thanks to the doctors for their outstanding work!!!

I now feel better than I expected
What surprised me most was how quickly the whole procedure was over. I’d expected to spend at least four hours in the dentist’s chair, but my dentist finished in less than two. During that time, he removed a number of decayed teeth with great professionalism and fitted 10 Nobel Biocare implants. He personally consulted with me before the operation and carried it out himself. I now feel better than I expected. The clinic is always on hand, which is very important during the recovery period. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to have a good meal the evening before the operation. And if you’re facing the same extent of treatment as I did, make sure to take plenty of tissues with you to the hotel.
It’s hard for me to say what I didn’t like. I think everything went absolutely brilliantly. Everyone, from the coordinator to the driver, carried out their duties to perfection. I’m very grateful to everyone!
I think my visit went well, but I’m not sure what could be done to make my treatment more comfortable.

It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!
Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!

I was very nervous about this trip and had tons of questions, so I’m sure at times I was driving the young lady that helped me crazy, but never did she make me feel that way. She always answered me in a timely fashion. She would even call the dentist office with questions I had and she would let me know right away what they had to say. I’m usually not a very trusting person, but she helped me know that even though we’d never met I could completely trust her. It was an experience of a lifetime, and I would definitely use them again.

After the procedure, the support was excellent
The moment the doctor showed me the CT scan and honestly explained the plan, discussed the condition of my bone tissue, and the potential risks, it finally reassured me. He personally performed the placement of 5 or 6 NTA implants. After the procedure, the support was excellent. They are always available, checked in on my well-being, and provided very clear care instructions. There were no additional costs. My main advice to future patients: simply trust the experience and professionalism of the clinic's doctors.
This is my second and final visit to this clinic, where I had all my teeth fully restored - the upper teeth on previously installed implants and crowns on all my remaining lower teeth. As before, everything was at an absolutely high professional level - both management and doctors. Special thanks to coordinator Ms. Kateryna for her attention to patients, for reminders, and assistance in organizing the trip, as we are not always sure what exactly needs to be done, and here Ms. Kateryna was truly helpful. Once again, many thanks to her for the assistance and excellent management.

The aftercare was excellent

They took an active interest in how I was feeling, gave me very clear aftercare instructions and were always available, which was very reassuring. The only additional costs were for the medication, which I bought from a chemist. It’s worth noting that everything I needed to know was explained to me before I arrived at the clinic, so there were no surprises.
A huge thank you to the doctor, the coordinator and the whole clinic staff for their patient and attentive care of their patients. I really do feel lucky to have ended up at this clinic. I missed my flight and lost a whole day. Despite this, they admitted me and carried out everything that had been planned. Right from the start, I really liked this clinic. I was most worried about the recovery and potential discomfort after the procedure. However, the process turned out to be much easier than I expected. The surgeon was very professional and instilled confidence, which meant a lot, and the entire staff took excellent care of me from start to finish.
