My biggest shock was that the initial agreement was completely different from the reality. After I arrived, I was forced to accept new prices and couldn’t go to another clinic. I had Botox injections for my forehead and frown lines, and of course it’s still too early to judge the results. That said, the clinic itself was good and the doctor took the time to carefully mark the injection points, which I really appreciated. However, my experience with the staff was extremely poor. One must also take into account the additional costs of accommodation, flights and transport. For this reason, based on this experience, I would not recommend that any patient travel to Turkey for treatment.

The continued support from the clinic has been the most notable part of my experience so far. I was there for Botox injections, targeting my forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet. The process was clear. What made it feel so straightforward was the good communication from start to finish, and I found the team to be a very friendly, professional staff. They answered all my questions. I received between 21 and 40 units, and the final bill had no additional expenses, which was a relief. It is still too early to tell what the full results will be, but the clinic has stayed in touch since the procedure, which I appreciate.

The clinic was so nice and beautiful. Staff was friendly and my doctor was very quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The price was so reasonable and I felt safe getting the injections. They provided numbing cream when I was in the waiting room which was very nice. The coordinator was helpful in making sure I knew where the locations were and what to expect.

"The result was on the second day, everything is fine
Hello everyone, I am 49 years old. I had a dysport injection procedure in the outer corners of my eyes. The task is to remove the "crow's feet". Having written to the clinic, I quickly received an answer, they gave me the contacts of the coordinating interpreter and set a date. Everything is fine: the price is negotiated in advance in dollars, but you can pay in lira. The main thing is to pay at the checkout to get a check. The average price in Turkish clinics for 1 ml is $180-200. I had 150$. The only thing that confused me was that the doctor did not show me the drug that was going to be injected. Usually they show the authenticity of the package, show the expiration date, open it in front of you and then make injections. It's like this here: she lay down on the couch, the doctor's assistant gave him a syringe - a few injections, and is free. The result was on the second day, everything is fine. The first photo is “before”, the second is after, seven days have passed.

However, this step was essential for the patient's comfort, and its absence caused intense pain, which was completely avoidable!!! This lack of listening and empathy is regrettable, especially in a setting where attentive care for well-being is expected. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at this practice, particularly thanks to the professionalism of the nurse and the expertise of the surgeon, both attentive, reassuring, and highly competent. Their explanations were clear, and the follow-up was impeccable. However, I was disappointed by the welcome and behavior of the assistants Gizem and ihmed… Lacking patience and sometimes hasty, they do not reflect the level of quality expected in a practice of this renown. It's a shame, as it detracts from the overall experience.
