How Much Does Botox under eyes Cost in Thailand in AUD?

Botox under eyes in Thailand typically costs from AUD $144 / ฿A4,897 to AUD $576 / ฿A19,589. The final price depends on the specific brand used, the number of units required for precision, and the clinic's location in hubs like Bangkok or Phuket. In Australia, the average price for this treatment is AUD $288 / ฿A9,794, meaning Australians can save approximately 50% by having the procedure in Thailand. These prices usually include a specialist consultation and a follow-up assessment.

  • Brand choice: American brands like Allergan typically cost 50–70% more than regional alternatives like Aestox or Nabota.
  • Clinic accreditation: Facilities with JCI or ISAPS accreditation may charge a 15–20% premium for internationally verified quality systems.
  • Location: While prices are competitive across Thailand, packages in Phuket can run 10% higher than in Bangkok.
  • Specialist expertise: Choosing a board-certified plastic surgeon or a dermatologist with Korean fellowship training often adds a modest premium.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Choosing a hospital-based clinic provides superior value for Australians seeking safety and professional results. Wansiri Hospital, for instance, offers packages for approximately A$500 that include 100 units of Aestox and a consultation with a board-certified surgeon. For patients prioritising experience, ID Clinic Bangkok has specialists like Dr Phatcharasak Kraisornphongsakul, who has performed over 20,000 procedures. This high volume often translates to more precise results for the delicate under-eye area.

Data verified by Bookimed as of July 2026, based on patient requests and official quotes from 66 clinics worldwide. Median costs are based on real invoices (2025–2026) and updated monthly. Actual prices may vary.

The team followed through on every detail discussed
Sitting in the consultation room while the surgeon explained the precise use of 50-100 million umbilical cord stem cells gave me a clear sense of the technical path ahead. Fifteen days after the treatment, I am already noticing some improvement in my overall physical state. The application was smooth, and I experienced no injection site reactions or inflammatory flare-ups afterward. Recovery is just beginning. Every interaction with the clinic staff was handled with professional efficiency, ensuring that the logistical side of the medical travel was as controlled as the procedure itself. It is important to stay patient during this early window while the body starts to respond to the cells. The team followed through on every detail discussed.
Josh and team had fantastic thorough communication
Not sure... give me extra stem cells. Maybe have more food?

If you're travelling to Bangkok and need fast and quality care, I would highly recommend using Bookimed to set up an appointment and going to B
Everything went so smoothly and I was well taken care of upon arrival. B. Care Medical Center is very clean and beautiful. The medical team were very professional and thorough and warm and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable and they went above and beyond to give me more treatment than I had asked for. Bookimed was also very easy to use, response time was quick and easy and all my questions were answered promptly. If you're travelling to Bangkok and need fast and quality care, I would highly recommend using Bookimed to set up an appointment and going to B. Care Medical Center for your medical needs.

It was a terrible experience which I never want to go through again. Upon arrival at the hospital, the consultant , Jeab who led me there was not present to receive me. Instead I was attended by the medical sstaff who flatly shot down the agreed quotations offered by Jeab and even said they do not need the VDO anymore so they could not offer me what Jeab did and I was told I had to pay 3 times the proce of what I was offered before. Consequent to the price dispute, there were lots of bleak moments between the consultant and the medical staff internally then I was made to wait for over two hours then they suddenly reversed to ask for VDO compromised on an agreed price. I repeated said no to revealing my face for the VDO and the secretary Kimmy assured me my face will not be shown on camera. Prior to seeing the doctor, I was told to made payment first. For every doctor consultation, I had to go to the cashier to complete the payment and I was seeing two different doctors meant I had to repeat same process twice touring the entire medical centre so many times. What was most stupid was that I was never informed that I had to pay out of pocket for the Covid-9 test which I deem really unfair when there was konsixh prior information and they just dumped all the hidden cost on me. I only did the arm Vader+body tite along with pick laser for vaginal and I was made to go from building to building spending 7 hours there the entire day is really uncalled for!!!

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment. The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily. I would not recommend this clinic

I'm pleased I went there
Well it's been about a month and I'm still recovering but I'm pleased I went there.
The people were nice
What I didn't like wasn't to do with the place or people. I went through quite a painful procedure getting rid of rather a lot of moles and I almost wished I hadn't when I was in pain. It's all changed now that I'm healing.

FAQ about Botox under eyes in Thailand

These FAQs come from real patients seeking medical assistance through Bookimed. Answers are given by experienced medical coordinators and trusted clinic representatives.

Is it safe to have Botox under the eyes performed by a specialist in Thailand?

Botox under the eyes is safe in Thailand when performed by board-certified dermatologists or plastic surgeons. Qualified specialists use FDA-approved brands like Allergan or Aestox in JCI-accredited facilities. Thailand maintains strict medical standards. Many practitioners hold international certifications from bodies such as ISAPS or ASPS.

  • Specialist credentials: Top injectors like Dr Kanit Wittayavanichai hold American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) memberships.
  • Hospital standards: Facilities like Asia Cosmetic Hospital and Navamin9 hold Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation.
  • Clinical experience: Surgeons at ID Clinic Bangkok have performed over 20,000 successful aesthetic procedures.
  • Air quality: Modern clinics like Wansiri Hospital use HEPA filtration in all sterile areas.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai hospitals often integrate Botox into surgical departments rather than just beauty spas. At Asia Cosmetic Hospital, plastic surgeons perform injectables under the supervision of anaesthetists and cardiologists. This clinical setting offers a higher safety margin than typical high-street cosmetic clinics.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand recommend confirming whether muscle-relaxing Botox or dermal filler is best for their concerns. Many travellers find peace of mind by choosing specialists who provide full documentation of the product brand used.

What should I ask a Thai clinic before booking Botox under the eyes?

Before booking under-eye Botox in Thailand, ask about the injector's medical registration with the Medical Council of Thailand. Inquire about their specific experience with the infraorbital area. Confirm which brand they use, such as Allergan or Aestox. You should also verify if the clinic holds JCI or ISO accreditation.

  • Injector credentials: Registration with the Medical Council of Thailand is essential for safety.
  • Product brand: Ask if they use Allergan or premium Korean brands like Aestox.
  • Specific expertise: The under-eye area is delicate. Request before-and-after photos of similar cases.
  • Post-travel support: Inquire about teleconsultation options for follow-up care once back in Australia.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Many Australian patients look for Allergan. However, Bookimed data shows premium Korean brands like Aestox are standard in Bangkok hospitals like Wansiri. These brands often provide a more natural look for thin skin at a lower price.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand suggest asking if Botox is the right choice for your specific wrinkles. They recommend documenting injection sites and dosage. This provides clear records for your doctor back home.

What brands of Botox are available for under-eye treatment in Thailand?

Thailand clinics offer a range of Thai FDA-approved botulinum toxins for under-eye treatment. These include international brands like Allergan (USA), Dysport (UK), and Xeomin (Germany). Popular Korean brands like Aestox, Nabota, and Hugel are also available at certified hospitals in Bangkok and Phuket.

  • Allergan Botox: Often chosen for precise under-eye wrinkle and crow's feet reduction.
  • Korean brands: Aestox and Nabota are frequently used for natural-looking results in under-eye areas.
  • Xeomin: This German brand is a pure toxin that reduces the risk of product resistance.
  • Accredited facilities: JCI-accredited centres like Asia Cosmetic Hospital provide these brands under specialist supervision.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Western brands like Allergan are common. However, Bookimed clinics often bundle 100 units of Aestox into all-inclusive packages. Choosing these Korean brands often secures more units for a lower price than US-made toxins.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand recommend asking for the exact brand and unit count before treatment. They suggest choosing a conservative dosing plan and prioritising the injector's skill over the brand name.

How long do the results of Botox under the eyes last?

Botox under the eyes typically lasts 3 to 4 months. Results depend on metabolism, muscle activity, and the specific brand used, such as Aestox or Belotero. Patients usually schedule maintenance injections 3 to 4 times annually for smooth results in this delicate area.

  • Typical duration: Effects generally peak within 2 weeks and remain visible for 12 to 16 weeks.
  • Brand variability: Premium brands like Aestox are frequently used in Bangkok for natural-looking under-eye results.
  • Maintenance schedule: Specialists recommend repeat treatments every 3 to 4 months to prevent fine lines returning.
  • Sensitive zone: Minor dosing in the delicate under-eye area often wears off faster than forehead injections.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics often bundle under-eye Botox into larger premium packages. For example, Wansiri Hospital offers 100-unit Aestox cycles. These allow for precise, targeted injections across multiple facial zones. This approach helps the injector gain experience in the specific anatomy of the lower eyelid.

Patient Consensus: Under-eye Botox is a short-term treatment for delicate skin in Thailand. Most people find results wear off faster in this area. They usually plan repeat sessions every few months.

What is generally included in a Botox package for under-eye treatment in Thailand?

Botox packages for under-eye treatment in Thailand generally include a specialist consultation and the botulinum toxin units. They also provide topical anaesthesia for comfort. Most packages cover the injection procedure with a qualified dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon. These sessions target fine lines or crow's feet and take roughly 5 to 15 minutes.

  • Consultation included: Doctors evaluate skin condition and determine required dosage through in-person or video appointments.
  • Botox Units: Packages typically cover 10–20 units for under-eye areas, with premium brands like Aestox available.
  • Specialist fees: Treatment is performed by specialists like Dr Pimpa Tantanasrigul at accredited hospitals in Bangkok.
  • Clinic amenities: International patients often receive access to private recovery zones and dedicated VIP service areas.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While many single-area treatments start from $100, clinics like Wansiri Hospital offer bulk packages. You can get 100 units for around A$500. This is efficient for patients wanting to treat multiple areas, such as the forehead and crow's feet, in one visit.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand often highlight the quick procedure and the professionalism of the clinical staff. Many appreciate the detailed pre-treatment consultations and the convenience of combining aesthetic treatments with a holiday.
