How Much Does Botox wrinkles Cost in Turkey in AUD?

Botox for wrinkles in Turkey typically costs from AUD $141 to AUD $703. The final price depends on the number of treatment areas, the specific toxin brand used, and the clinic's location. Patients save around 57% by travelling to Turkey from Australia, where this procedure costs AUD $985 on average. Packages often include the consultation and the procedure, with hubs across Istanbul, Antalya, and Izmir.

  • Single area: AUD $141 to AUD $703 for the forehead or under-eyes.
  • Multiple zones: typically costs 80-100% more than a single area for a 3-zone treatment.
  • Full face treatment: usually runs 100-150% higher than single-zone pricing for comprehensive rejuvenation.
  • Regional variations: prices in Istanbul and Antalya tend to be similar, with high-end clinics charging more.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Choosing a specialist often provides better value than selecting based on the lowest price alone. For instance, Dr. Nur Afsar at Quartz Hospital is certified by Novel Academy specifically in botulinum toxin. Premium packages like theirs, starting around A$500 for three areas, frequently include 24-hour nurse services. Larger facilities, such as the JCI-accredited Memorial Şişli Hospital, offer integrated safety standards that many Australian patients value.

Data verified by Bookimed as of August 2026, based on patient requests and official quotes from 121 clinics worldwide. Median costs are based on real invoices (2025–2026) and updated monthly. Actual prices may vary.

My biggest shock was that the initial agreement was completely different from the reality. After I arrived, I was forced to accept new prices and couldn’t go to another clinic. I had Botox injections for my forehead and frown lines, and of course it’s still too early to judge the results. That said, the clinic itself was good and the doctor took the time to carefully mark the injection points, which I really appreciated. However, my experience with the staff was extremely poor. One must also take into account the additional costs of accommodation, flights and transport. For this reason, based on this experience, I would not recommend that any patient travel to Turkey for treatment.

The continued support from the clinic has been the most notable part of my experience so far
The continued support from the clinic has been the most notable part of my experience so far. I was there for Botox injections, targeting my forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet. The process was clear. What made it feel so straightforward was the good communication from start to finish, and I found the team to be a very friendly, professional staff. They answered all my questions. I received between 21 and 40 units, and the final bill had no additional expenses, which was a relief. It is still too early to tell what the full results will be, but the clinic has stayed in touch since the procedure, which I appreciate.

The clinic was so nice and beautiful
The clinic was so nice and beautiful. Staff was friendly and my doctor was very quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The price was so reasonable and I felt safe getting the injections. They provided numbing cream when I was in the waiting room which was very nice. The coordinator was helpful in making sure I knew where the locations were and what to expect.

I recommend them wholeheartedly!
I would like to sincerely thank Bookmed platform for the high level of service and excellent results! I used their Botox service in Turkey and was very satisfied with both the quality of the procedure and the attention to the client at every stage. I would like to especially thank the support on WhatsApp - the guys work quickly, politely and with full commitment. They were always in touch, helped with the choice of clinic, answered all questions and accompanied me to the very end. Thanks to them I felt confident and calm in a foreign country. Bookmed is a really reliable platform if you are looking for quality medical and cosmetology services in Turkey. I recommend them wholeheartedly! I plan to contact them again.
I would like to share a great experience with Bookmed platform - it is a real discovery for those who are looking for quality beauty services in Turkey. I had Botox done and was as satisfied as possible with both the result of the procedure and the level of service. I would especially like to mention the round-the-clock support on WhatsApp - it's a real godsend! The guys are always on the phone, answering competently and politely, you can feel professionalism. You can even haggle a little, which was a pleasant surprise. All issues were resolved quickly and without fuss. What is especially important for me is the availability of real reviews. I carefully studied the opinions of other clients before choosing a doctor, and I was not mistaken. The doctor who served me received excellent reviews, and now I can safely recommend him too. Bookmed is an assurance of quality, transparency and attentiveness. I will definitely use Bookmed again and recommend it to anyone who wants a decent service in Turkey.

During the preparation, we asked them to apply anesthetic cream to the lower part of the face, which they refused, saying it wasn't necessary. However, this step was essential for the patient's comfort, and its absence caused intense pain, which was completely avoidable!!! This lack of listening and empathy is regrettable, especially in a setting where attentive care for well-being is expected. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at this practice, particularly thanks to the professionalism of the nurse and the expertise of the surgeon, both attentive, reassuring, and highly competent. Their explanations were clear, and the follow-up was impeccable. However, I was disappointed by the welcome and behavior of the assistants Gizem and ihmed… Lacking patience and sometimes hasty, they do not reflect the level of quality expected in a practice of this renown. It's a shame, as it detracts from the overall experience.

"The result was on the second day, everything is fine
Hello everyone, I am 49 years old. I had a dysport injection procedure in the outer corners of my eyes. The task is to remove the "crow's feet". Having written to the clinic, I quickly received an answer, they gave me the contacts of the coordinating interpreter and set a date. Everything is fine: the price is negotiated in advance in dollars, but you can pay in lira. The main thing is to pay at the checkout to get a check. The average price in Turkish clinics for 1 ml is $180-200. I had 150$. The only thing that confused me was that the doctor did not show me the drug that was going to be injected. Usually they show the authenticity of the package, show the expiration date, open it in front of you and then make injections. It's like this here: she lay down on the couch, the doctor's assistant gave him a syringe - a few injections, and is free. The result was on the second day, everything is fine. The first photo is “before”, the second is after, seven days have passed.

FAQ about Botox wrinkles in Turkey

These FAQs come from real patients seeking medical assistance through Bookimed. Answers are given by experienced medical coordinators and trusted clinic representatives.

Is it safe to get Botox for wrinkles in Turkey?

Botox in Turkey is safe when performed by registered medical specialists at accredited clinics. Facilities like Memorial Şişli Hospital hold Joint Commission International certifications. Licensed dermatologists and plastic surgeons use authentic products, such as Allergan or Dysport, for predictable results and patient safety.

  • Specialist injectors: Only dermatologists and plastic surgeons perform injections at leading Istanbul clinics.
  • Accredited facilities: Memorial Healthcare Group was the first in Turkey to earn JCI accreditation.
  • Certified expertise: Doctors like Dr Hakan Bulam hold Fellowships with the European Board (FEBOPRAS).
  • Patient volume: Major clinics such as CE International Hospital serve over 12,000 patients annually.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Many high-end hospitals provide Botox. However, specialised boutique clinics like Quartz Hospital often offer better 3-area bundles. These clinics frequently assist Australian patients. They combine aesthetic expertise with higher volume, which typically leads to refined facial rejuvenation results.

Patient Consensus: Patients find Turkish clinics clean and modern with highly attentive doctors. Results are often 100% satisfactory with experienced medical injectors rather than salon staff.

How long does the Botox effect last, and how long does it take to see results for wrinkles in Turkey?

Botox results for wrinkles in Turkey typically begin showing within 24 to 72 hours. The full smoothing effect settles after 10 to 14 days. These results generally last between 3 and 6 months before muscle movement gradually returns.

  • Onset timeframe: Initial softening of facial lines often appears within 3 to 5 days.
  • Optimal visibility: Full results are visible by day 14 as the protein binds completely.
  • Typical duration: Most patients maintain a refreshed look for around 3 to 4 months.
  • Clinical expertise: Specialists at JCI-accredited facilities like Memorial Sisli Hospital provide precise dosing.
  • Patient stay: Staying in-country for 10 days allows for a final results assessment.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While basic Botox costs between $100 and $500, many Istanbul clinics offer 3-area bundles for around A$500. Clinics like Soraca Med integrate these into medical packages. These often include 247 monitoring for initial reactions during the first 48 hours.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Turkey find results appear gradually with full softening after two weeks. They suggest planning a ten-day stay for final reviews and any required touch-ups.

What is involved in the Botox procedure for wrinkles in Turkey?

Botox in Turkey involves a consultation and targeted injections to relax facial muscles. Specialists treat areas like the forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet. The outpatient procedure takes roughly 30 minutes. It requires no hospital stay and offers results lasting 3–6 months. Leading clinics such as Quartz Hospital and Memorial Sisli hold international JCI or ISO certifications.

  • Treatment areas: Focuses on forehead, glabellar lines, crow’s feet, under eyes and masseter muscles.
  • Clinical process: Medical evaluation by a specialist followed by precise toxin injections using fine needles.
  • Anaesthetic used: Topical cream is applied beforehand so the 30-minute procedure remains comfortable.
  • Recovery phase: Patients resume normal activities immediately with only minor swelling or redness expected.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While many local Australian clinics charge by the unit, Turkish centres like Quartz Hospital often package Botox by specific facial areas. This approach frequently includes 24-hour nurse support and access to surgeons like Dr Nur Afsar. This provides a high level of medical oversight for an aesthetic treatment.

Patient Consensus: Patients report the clinics are clean and modern with attentive doctors. The process is a quick appointment involving a consultation and marking treatment areas before same-day injections.

How many units of Botox are generally required for wrinkles in Turkey?

Botox dosage in Turkey depends on muscle strength and treatment areas. Most full upper-face treatments require 20 to 60 units. Common amounts include 10–25 units for frown lines and 10–20 for the forehead. Crow's feet usually need 5–15 units per side.

  • Glabellar lines: Frown lines between brows usually require 10–25 units for effective smoothing.
  • Forehead region: Horizontal lines typically need 10–20 units depending on the muscle depth.
  • Crow’s feet: Lines around the eyes generally take 5–15 units per side.
  • Gender factor: Men often require 1.5 times more units due to higher muscle density.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Many Australian clinics charge per unit. However, Bookimed data shows Turkish clinics like Quartz Hospital often bundle Botox into 3-area packages. These packages typically cost from $100 to $500. This offers 57% savings compared to the $700 Australian average.

Patient Consensus: Patients find Turkish clinics clean and modern. They note that doctors provide very attentive care. Many recommend requesting a written plan to confirm unit counts and toxin brands before travelling.

What aftercare is required following Botox for wrinkles in Turkey?

Aftercare for Botox in Turkey requires keeping the head upright for 3–4 hours following treatment. Patients must avoid massaging injection sites, strenuous exercise, and high heat for 24 hours. These precautions help keep the toxin in the targeted muscles for the best results.

  • Movement restriction: Do not rub, press, or massage treated areas for 24 hours.
  • Postural care: Remain upright and avoid lying flat for at least 4 hours.
  • Heat avoidance: Skip hot baths, saunas, and steam rooms for 1–2 days.
  • Activity limits: Avoid high-intensity exercise for 24 hours to prevent product migration.
  • Skincare rules: Minimise touching sites or applying makeup for at least 2 hours.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While most clinics provide standard advice, top Istanbul centres like Quartz Hospital include 24-hour nurse services. This service is invaluable for Australian patients travelling solo. It provides immediate medical guidance if minor swelling or redness causes concern during the first night.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Turkey find the aftercare simple and appreciate getting written instructions. Many suggest building extra rest into the holiday schedule. They also recommend avoiding long flights or heavy sightseeing immediately after the injections.

Can I combine Botox with other non-surgical treatments while having a procedure in Turkey?

Patients can safely combine Botox with various non-surgical treatments in Turkey for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Common pairings include dermal fillers, mesotherapy, and PRP therapy. Often called liquid facelifts, these pairings address dynamic wrinkles and volume loss during one clinic visit. This is common at clinics in Istanbul or Antalya.

  • Treatment combinations: Botox is frequently paired with fillers, mesotherapy, or PRP for better results.
  • Clinical expertise: Centres like Quartz Hospital serve 6,500+ international patients annually with combined aesthetic protocols.
  • Expert providers: Specialists like Dr Nur Afsar focus on multi-layered rejuvenation using Botox and Ultherapy.
  • Session efficiency: Most non-surgical procedures take under 60 minutes, fitting easily into a holiday schedule.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Bookimed data shows that 3-area Botox packages in Turkey often leave budget for mesotherapy. Dr Veysel Ozcan and other specialists frequently use 8-point biological lifting alongside Botox to enhance facial contours. This combined approach maximises the value of the trip. It also results in a balanced, refreshed appearance rather than just smoothing forehead lines.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Turkey suggest pairing Botox with low-downtime treatments like fillers or light lasers. They recommend keeping combinations simple when holiday time is short. This helps to avoid excessive swelling before flying home.

Which cities in Turkey are considered best for receiving Botox treatments?

Istanbul and Antalya are the top cities for Botox in Turkey. They have many JCI-accredited facilities and board-certified specialists. Istanbul is the main medical hub and has served over 29,250 requests. Antalya offers all-inclusive clinical care tailored for international holidaymakers.

  • Istanbul medical hub: Home to JCI-accredited centres like Memorial Şişli Hospital serving 167 countries.
  • Antalya coastal clinics: Features specialists like Professor Cemal Firat at Memorial Antalya Hospital.
  • Specialist credentials: Surgeons such as Dr Hakan Bulam hold FEBOPRAS and ISAPS certifications.
  • All-inclusive Antalya: Clinics like Soraca Med provide 24/7 monitoring and Health Tourism Authorisation.
  • Izmir aesthetic centres: Regional hub with specialists like Dr Aysun Tekeli holding EADV memberships.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Istanbul has the most specialists, but Antalya clinics often provide better support for Australians. Facilities like Soraca Med include 24/7 doctor monitoring and guidance in their packages. This level of oversight is rare in standard Istanbul clinic offers, even at similar price points.

Patient Consensus: Patients describe Turkish clinics as clean and modern. They find the doctors attentive and competent. The high standard of clinical care consistently leads to high satisfaction with aesthetic results.
