When I smile, my eyes look better than before. That’s the main thing. The surgeon’s work and the clinic as a whole were of a high standard, so I’d give them a 4/5. To anyone considering something similar, my advice would be: be clear about what you want to do and stay as calm as possible.

Fortunately, the surgeon did an excellent job – the incisions were made using the traditional method and are now hidden in the natural folds of the skin. I have no complaints about him whatsoever. However, the overall impression was greatly marred by the clinic itself, where the conditions were unsatisfactory. Recovery is still ongoing. My eyes are still swollen, and I’ve noticed that when I smile, one side looks slightly different. I hope this will pass. The main advice I would give to anyone considering this procedure is to prepare thoroughly for the period before and after the operation.

Sitting in the clinic in Antalya, the surgeon explained how the laser-assisted technique for my upper eyelids would function during the procedure. The whole service was smooth and we had a fantastic time throughout our stay. The aftercare was good. I was thrilled with how my eyes looked at 12 days, although at day 15 my biggest challenge is that they are still puffy. My eyes look natural and smooth when I smile. It is a process. We will be going back for other treatment and truly can’t recommend them enough. If you are considering eyelid surgery, ensure you have a few weeks to let the initial swelling settle.

The doctor was good and appears to have done a good job. I didn't feel like a number; he seemed to want to get the best outcome possible and it meant something to him. What stood out was this genuine care that the end result was as good as was possible. The procedure was under general anesthesia, and my recovery is progressing about as expected. The clinic itself is great. The only issue was with the night staff, who didn't seem to know what they were doing as much as the day staff did. The clinic has stayed in touch afterward, which is reassuring. One thing to note is that there were additional expenses for take-home medications, which I think should have been included in the initial quote. For future patients, I’d say most things are covered under general expectations, so no special preparation was needed.

The only advice I would give to future patients is to make sure you confirm the exact date and time of the operation in advance.

The doctor is an amazingly warm, kind, and attentive person. He listened to my wishes and made adjustments with which I was 100% in agreement. The doctor is a professional, a master, a Creator! The team is excellently selected, and the staff is attentive and polite. The coordinator was always in touch, and I felt supported at every stage. The surgery was under general anesthesia, and now I feel better than I expected. Care in the clinic was round-the-clock, the staff was always nearby, and later remained in contact. No additional expenses were incurred. Future patients are advised to bring button-up pajamas and fully prepare for the surgery as instructed by your coordinator. This is important.

What stood out was the surgeon's personal attention. He personally checked on me after surgery. Beforehand, Dr. Yaman explained his deep plane technique very clearly for my facelift, which also included my upper and lower eyes, brows, and a lip lift. This personal touch was part of the overall atmosphere. Every thing had a positive vibe; everyone was professional and warm, and the facilities and transportation were exceptional. It felt like Dr. Yaman really cared for you as a person. My recovery is progressing about as expected. I received a clear aftercare guide and had no additional expenses. For me, a little more language support could be useful, but it didn't hinder the process.

I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

My projection already looks good, although it is still quite swollen. The areas where they performed the VASER lipo feel lumpy and hard, which I understand is part of the early healing process. Despite the discomforts of recovery, the surgeon and the entire staff were supportive and professional, which made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.

The staff at the hospital where I was operated on was terrible, they didn’t even give me water on the day after the operation, the next day the translator told me that water was paid, that’s why they didn’t give me water, it’s terrible, the consultation with the doctor lasted a total of 5 minutes and 5 minutes before the operation. After the operation, I was left alone in the hospital, there was no support from the hospital staff, after the anesthesia, the translator asked me 15 times if I wanted to go to the hotel, but I could barely lift my head from the pillow, in the morning I was somehow able to get up, I was very dizzy, I was in a terrible state for 3 days, no one asked about my well-being, 2 weeks had passed since the day of the operation, after leaving home, the doctor was no longer interested in how my nose was, whether I was okay. I don’t like the result so far, the doctor only removed the hump, but the nose remained just as big, I’ll see after some time, maybe it will shrink, which I doubt. I signed almost all the documents in Turkish and English, they gave me recommendations for care on the day of departure when they were no longer needed, when I asked why they answered me in English, so you’ll just learn it.
