The assistant was always in touch with me. You will be met by transport from the airport to the clinic. Arriving at the clinic, I was greeted by friendly staff. When I met Dr. Esra I felt a mental connection, she is a very kind, pleasant and bright woman. There was no embarrassment or discomfort in communicating with her. The operation went well. I woke up and felt good. I was given special medications and sent home, a couple of days later the doctor examined me again. On the third day I practically didn’t feel any pain. Overall, I had a very good experience. The hotel was excellent, the transfers were seamless, and the WhatsApp communication was consistently helpful. ​The doctor was very helpful and professional, though a last-minute schedule change meant my pre-op consultation felt a bit rushed. Some minor language barriers, but the high quality of the facilities and the organization made up for it. I’m happy with how everything went!

But when you see people you trust from the first second, the excitement evaporated. I do not regret that I got to this doctor and his team. Everything is organized and coordinated. After care - I didn’t receive any of the paperwork I signed & no instructions really on the after care. I did WhatsApp on the group to ask but didn’t get a response. I also have a slight spilt after my Labiaplasty so having to visit a surgeon here in the UK - wish I had gone to Labiaplasty specialist now.
