I can’t speak highly enough of the treatment from all staff especially mirve who looked after me through the night she came every hour to do my drops until I asked her to come at 6.00 in morning she gave me an extension number incase I needed anything before six , which I did at 5.00am she immediately came to my room and sorted my issue the operation went perfect and after only two days I can see better than I have in the last 18 years 👌👍👌 thank you everyone

I’d like to leave a positive review of the Dünyagöz clinic and Bookimed, the company that helped me find this clinic. First and foremost, I’d like to highlight the high standard of service at the Dünyagöz clinic. Upon arrival, I was promptly met and immediately provided with an interpreter. So there is absolutely no need to worry about the language barrier — both Russian and English are available here. The interpreter accompanies you at every stage: from the initial consultation right through to the operation itself. This is very important, as eye care requires a precise understanding of all your concerns and the doctor’s recommendations. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the wards. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any queries. Another definite plus was the full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, so you don’t have to worry about practical matters and can focus entirely on your treatment and recovery. I would like to express my special thanks to Bookimed. Throughout the entire process, you are supported by a personal coordinator who helps organise your trip, answers questions and provides all the necessary details. My coordinator was Anastasia, and I am sincerely grateful to her for her support. She was available practically 24/7 and even helped with matters not directly related to the clinic. It was on her recommendation that I chose Dünyagöz. What’s more, Anastasia herself had previously had her vision corrected at the same clinic, so she was able to share her personal experience. Now we are both delighted with the result and can confidently recommend this clinic to others. If you’ve been thinking about vision correction for a while, there’s no need to be afraid or put off the decision. After the operation, you realise you should have done it much sooner. Being able to see the world clearly really does change the quality of life. I wish everyone the best of luck, good health and nothing but positive experiences with their new, clear vision!

The staff were good, the room provided was also great, and the surgery went very fast and smoothly with no issues at all. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the experience. The staff who brought the food and checked in were especially nice. There was one individual in particular I’m not sure of his name, but he spoke English and was incredibly sweet, always checking in and asking if everything was okay. He definitely made the whole experience much better and more comfortable.

One area for improvement would be communication, as English seems to be limited mainly to the coordinator and doctor . If you need to ask other staff or reception for help or information, it can sometimes be a little difficult to navigate. I would recommend having a translation app available and making sure you have your in-hospital coordinator’s contact number handy, as following things up through reception or other staff is not easy . There was also a slight issue with payment, so I would recommend having a backup payment method or checking beforehand what to do if the card machine does not work, since payments are handled directly there. This is especially important if you are travelling from abroad, as I travelled from the UK.

The clinic is excellent – I highly recommend it. The staff take great care of their patients. The doctor is highly competent and provided a great deal of information about the treatment and rehabilitation. After a painless operation, my vision had already improved by the evening. A week has now passed and I am very satisfied; I’ve had no problems at all during this time, my vision is good and I’m happy. Thank you for everything))
