I’ll deduct one point because of the transfer. I was supposed to be at the hospital at 6.00. We’d agreed that they’d pick me up at 5.40. I waited until 5.55, but they didn’t come to pick me up, even though I’d texted and phoned them. They turned up just as I’d already walked there myself.
