MOXI Laser Treatment in Turkey typically costs from AUD $717 to AUD $1,290. Prices depend on the city, the number of sessions, and the size of the treatment zone. Australians pay approximately AUD $860 for similar laser protocols at home. Travelling to Turkey offers savings of around 17%. Standard packages often include a professional skin analysis, dermatologist consultation, the laser procedure, and post-treatment topical care.

  • Regional variations: Antalya clinics often provide competitive pricing, while Istanbul locations may carry a 15–20% premium.
  • Treatment depth: Full-face rejuvenation protocols generally cost around 20% more than targeted "glow" spot treatments.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Choosing Antalya can offer excellent value for money. SALUSS Medical Group provides MOXI treatments for approximately A$1,200. The surgeon was fantastic, earning a full 5/5 from me
My biggest concern going into this was the recovery and if I would see real changes. The procedure itself was quick, involving two passes with the MOXI laser. My skin already feels smoother to the touch, and I can definitely see my dark spots fading, which is exactly what I hoped for. The surgeon was fantastic, earning a full 5/5 from me, and the clinic itself is pristine. The most difficult part has been the aftercare; strictly avoiding sun exposure is no joke. While the staff were professional, they could have been a bit more attentive, hence the 4/5 rating. Overall, it was a solid choice for the treatment.
The professionalism and cleanliness of the hospital and the friendly staff.
The price. It can be more affordable for a lot more people. It’s really too expensive for a simple treatment.

What gave me the most confidence was my surgeon sitting down with me to draw the incision lines right before the procedure
What gave me the most confidence was my surgeon sitting down with me to draw the incision lines right before the procedure. She was very honest about what results would be realistic for my age and even checked on me personally after I woke up from the general anesthesia. The procedure covered my full face and neck, and while it's still too early to tell what the final outcome will be, the support has been good. The staff are always easy to reach. I also appreciated that there were no additional expenses. My main advice would be to arrive a day before your operation for the consultation with your doctor, and make sure to tell them what you eat.
Everything went excellently with the coordinator. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Paysal, who was my surgeon, was kind and knowledgeable.
The staff's English could have been better. The food served was the same for lunch and dinner for two days — chicken and rice. I told them I was vegetarian, but was still served chicken and rice for lunch and dinner.

FAQ about MOXI Laser Treatment in Turkey

These FAQs come from real patients seeking medical assistance through Bookimed. Answers are given by experienced medical coordinators and trusted clinic representatives.

What is the recovery process like after MOXI Laser treatment in Turkey?

Recovery after MOXI laser treatment in Turkey is rapid. Most patients return to normal activities within 24 hours. The procedure involves quick laser passes that cause minimal downtime. Skin often feels smoother immediately. Pigmentation and dark spots fade over the following weeks.

  • Immediate reaction: Skin appears red like a mild sunburn and feels warm for 24 hours.
  • Mends formation: Small rough spots called mends appear by day 2 as treated skin heals.
  • Peeling phase: Mends naturally flake off within 7–10 days to reveal radiant, smoother skin.
  • Travel window: Specialists recommend waiting 3–5 days before flying to avoid irritation from cabin air.
  • Aftercare essentials: Patients must apply SPF 50+ strictly and avoid retinols during the first week.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Data shows that Istanbul clinics like Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital often pair MOXI with medical-grade skincare. While the treatment is quick, patients often report that strict sun avoidance is the hardest part. This is vital in sunny regions like Antalya to prevent new pigmentation.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Turkey find the procedure surprisingly fast. They notice smoother skin texture almost immediately. They suggest bringing high-quality mineral sunscreen and wide-brimmed hats for the flight home.

What aftercare and precautions are required following MOXI Laser treatment in Turkey?

Post-treatment care for MOXI laser in Turkey focuses on protecting the skin barrier. It also involves managing the healing of microscopic epidermal necrotic debris (MENDs). Specialists at JCI-accredited facilities like Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital advise strict sun avoidance. They also recommend gentle cleansing and intensive hydration for the best skin rejuvenation.

  • Sun protection: Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sunlight for 14 days.
  • Skincare hiatus: Pause retinoids, AHAs, and BHAs for 7 days to prevent chemical irritation.
  • Natural exfoliation: Do not pick or scrub sandpaper-like micro-dots; they shed naturally within 5 days.
  • Heat avoidance: Skip saunas, hot showers, and intense exercise for 48 hours to limit swelling.

Bookimed Expert Insight: MOXI laser prices in Turkey range from $500 to $900. Clinics with English-speaking specialists, such as Dr Cuneyt Kara, often provide post-care kits. These kits are vital for the first 3 days.

Patient Consensus: Skin feels smoother and dark spots fade quickly. However, managing the sandpaper texture is tricky. Turkish clinics are clean and professional, though staying indoors to avoid the sun is difficult.

How long do the results of MOXI Laser treatment typically last?

MOXI laser results typically last between several months and one year. Most patients notice sustained skin texture and tone improvements for about 6 months after treatment. Regular maintenance every 6 to 12 months helps preserve the refreshed complexion and collagen-boosting effects.

  • Visible improvements: Initial glow and smoother skin texture often appear within 3–5 days.
  • Maintenance schedule: Specialists recommend repeat sessions 3–4 times annually for the best anti-ageing results.
  • Long-term care: Strict sun protection is essential to prevent new pigmentation and maintain brightness.
  • Clinical expertise: Turkish clinics like Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital provide JCI-accredited care for laser treatments.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While MOXI laser costs in Turkey range from $500 to $900, many patients choose Istanbul for its JCI-accredited hospitals. This allows patients to combine skin maintenance with other health check-ups in facilities that follow international safety standards.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Turkey report smoother skin and fading dark spots shortly after their second pass. They suggest prioritising clinic reputation and strict aftercare to protect the new glow from sun damage.

When can I expect to see results from MOXI Laser treatment in Turkey?

Patients notice initial skin tone and texture improvements 5–7 days after MOXI laser in Turkey. Optimal results for pigment reduction and collagen growth appear within 2–4 weeks. A series of 3 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, usually delivers the most significant long-term refinement.

  • Healing phase: Initial redness and sandpaper texture typically resolve within 5–7 days.
  • Initial glow: Increased brightness occurs as the surface layer of skin naturally exfoliates.
  • Peak collagen: Full effects for fine lines become visible after roughly 4 weeks.
  • Clinical expertise: Specialists at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital use JCI-accredited protocols for safety.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Turkish clinics often perform the MOXI two-pass technique to maximise pigment clearance in a single visit. This approach is highly efficient for international travellers. It delivers visible refinement faster than standard single-pass treatments, with prices starting from $500.

Patient Consensus: Many found their skin felt smoother and dark spots began fading rapidly. They emphasise that while results appear quickly, strict sun avoidance throughout Turkey is essential for proper healing.

What is MOXI Laser treatment and how is it used in Turkey?

MOXI is a non-ablative fractionated laser used for skin rejuvenation and pigmentation correction. Turkish clinics use this 1927 nm technology to stimulate collagen and clear sun damage. The procedure involves minimal downtime. Specialists often recommend it for patients seeking gentle resurfacing without a long recovery period.

  • Treatment areas: Clinicians treat the face, neck, chest, hands, and body to improve skin texture.
  • Clinical applications: Specialists use it to address fine lines, melasma, and uneven skin tone.
  • Session details: Procedures are quick and typically involve two passes over the target skin area.
  • Post-op care: High-standard clinics focus on strict sun avoidance to protect the newly treated skin.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While MOXI costs between $500 and $900 in Turkey, patients often see better value at multidisciplinary centres like Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital. These JCI-accredited facilities provide access to English-speaking dermatologists like Dr. Cuneyt Kara for professional oversight.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Turkey report the procedure feels quick and leaves skin feeling significantly smoother. Many note that dark spots fade after the first session. Strictly avoiding sun exposure is essential during recovery.

What are the primary benefits of choosing MOXI Laser treatment?

MOXI Laser treatment provides gentle skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime. It is ideal for correcting early sun damage and evening skin tone. This non-ablative 1927nm laser safely treats all Fitzpatrick skin types. It creates heat micro-channels that stimulate collagen and fade pigment irregularities.

  • Rapid recovery: Initial redness typically lasts only 12–24 hours after the procedure.
  • Skin texture: Micro-crusts appearing for 5–7 days resolve into smoother, more radiant skin.
  • Safe versatility: The technology is suitable for all ages and safe for darker skin tones.
  • Year-round use: Unlike some lasers, MOXI can be performed during summer to maintain results.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While MOXI costs between $500 and $900 in Turkey, many clinics use specific methods. High-volume clinics like Memorial Bahçelievler often employ two-pass application techniques. This thorough approach helps fade stubborn dark spots more effectively than standard single-pass methods.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Turkey report immediate improvements in skin smoothness and visible fading of dark spots. Strict sun avoidance during aftercare is necessary to protect the new skin layers.
