Modern equipment, experienced doctors and friendly staff. The interpreter Rabia accompanied me everywhere and translated everything very well. I also had lunch at the hospital, delicious! I have received outstanding service. From very beginning to the end, no unpleasant surprises. I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. One of my translators Aikerim had medical background, therefore understanding of medical interpretation was a breeze.

They didn’t warn that some of the tests were done on an empty stomach! They told us to take replacement shoes for the treadmill, this is written in the preparation instructions, the two of us brought replacement shoes, because of which we bought luggage, in fact - on the path we were wearing ordinary street sneakers! Queues!!! There were queues all around, we waited for a therapist for more than an hour, for an ophthalmologist for more than 40 minutes, a lot of time was spent waiting at the door, although we had a VIP check-in package! Doctors without coats, in jeans, sweaters, in which they walk down the street! The cardiologist was talking on a mobile phone during an ultrasound of the heart! The gynecologist did not give any recommendations, spent 1 minute on the examination, there was no answer to the questions, everything was very superficial, the doctors did not devote time, despite the fact that people flew from another country specifically for this! But the Turks sit for an hour in the office for consultations! Like a conveyor belt and formal! A number of deviations were identified - no recommendations, what is this for? How to look for the cause and eliminate it? Go take your vitamins - a very unprofessional approach! The clinic coordinator also wrote strange messages in response to my complaint that the cardiologist was talking on his mobile phone during the ultrasound and was not wearing a gown - like this is normal for them, but we have never seen this anywhere else! The price for some tests was announced at the reception twice as much, I had to find out on the spot and write to everyone about this - why was the price announced the same, but in fact it is 2 times different?! There are many nuances, just like for a VIP check-in. You can just get tested everywhere and cheaper, in this clinic there is no individual approach and the doctors don’t care - it’s noticeable, we won’t come to this place again.

My husband and I went through a check-up at the Anadolu clinic. The clinic is modern and client-oriented. At all stages of the examination was accompanied by an interpreter, which is very convenient. There should have been a free transfer from the hotel to the clinic, but I had to take a taxi, because. for some reason, a transfer was not provided from our Cuci hotel. There was a large influx of patients, in connection with which our examination, instead of 1-2 days, dragged on a little and amounted to 4 days. But the main thing is that despite some inconveniences, in case of existing health problems, the clinic has all the necessary specialists who will definitely offer additional examination and methods for their elimination. I went through the general checkup for men. I really liked the determination of all the staff. Everything was top-notch, the coordinators, the availability of interpreters, and of course the doctors.

They forgot about the examination by the ophthalmologist, they did not send a conclusion from the dentist (but they gave the picture). Otherwise, everything was acceptable, the doctors are excellent.

They did not provide information about the preparation for the survey. (although I asked). The interpreter was distracted by another patient. (I had to wait!) The transfer waited 1.5 hours!.

Overall, we experienced great doctor and nurse care wiith an unfortumate and expensive screwup in the MRI order. I would cone back if neceasary, but be more firm with what I was ordering and paying for and what I recelved.
