The actual male check-up itself was handled very well by everyone involved

The connection between Bookimed and the clinic was fairly seamless, and even the AI chat was okay. However, the system needs tightening up. Because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, Bookimed’s platform mistakenly thought I hadn't attended the clinic at all, which created some unnecessary follow-up. That was the only issue. The actual male check-up itself was handled very well by everyone involved. From the surgeon to the general staff, the service was professional and attentive, and the clinic environment was good. I only had a blood test, but I imagine the clinic would handle other procedures well.

There was a fairly seamless connection between Bookimed and the clinic. Even the AI chat was okay.

Because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, Bookimed thought I hadn't attended the clinic, so this needs tightening up.

For my examination (thyroid biopsy) and Health Check Up, I was offered the Memorial Clinic (Istanbul) Memorial - A wonderful clinic, with world-class medical equipment and highly qualified, experienced doctors. The clinic provided me with a transfer to/from the airport. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the coordinator-interpreter Lale, who was constantly with me all days during my examination and helped not only communicate with the doctors, but was also constantly in touch and resolved all my questions during a visit to the clinic. Despite the fact that there are a lot of patients in the clinic, all procedures and examinations were carried out on time, according to the previously provided schedule. Memorial Clinic truly provides world-class medical services. Thank you very much for your work and responsiveness! 🙏

This is wonderful therapy for our son

We heard that Greece has very good water therapy. And we came to Evexia mainly for this. The pool is specially equipped for various activities. There is also a device for transporting patients in wheelchairs, which is not found everywhere. Our son does water therapy every day with very good instructors. He manages to actively perform many exercises. The water is warm, and the duration of the lesson itself is 45 minutes. This is wonderful therapy for our son. The results are noticeable gradually. We are also very pleased with the speech therapy classes. Therapists are mostly young people, very proactive and responsible. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean. The clinic is 20 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes from the sea. The weather is great in winter, lots of sun.

I have received outstanding service

I have received outstanding service. From very beginning to the end, no unpleasant surprises. I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. One of my translators Aikerim had medical background, therefore understanding of medical interpretation was a breeze.

The facility itself is excellent and extremely well-organized, which made the entire process feel efficient from the moment I walked in. The medical team was professional. Both the staff and my doctor were competent and handled everything as planned, though the service felt very direct and to the point. Queues!!! There were queues all around, we waited for a therapist for more than an hour, for an ophthalmologist for more than 40 minutes, a lot of time was spent waiting at the door, although we had a VIP check-in package! Doctors without coats, in jeans, sweaters, in which they walk down the street! The cardiologist was talking on a mobile phone during an ultrasound of the heart! The gynecologist did not give any recommendations, spent 1 minute on the examination, there was no answer to the questions, everything was very superficial, the doctors did not devote time, despite the fact that people flew from another country specifically for this! But the Turks sit for an hour in the office for consultations! Like a conveyor belt and formal! A number of deviations were identified - no recommendations, what is this for? How to look for the cause and eliminate it? Go take your vitamins - a very unprofessional approach! The clinic coordinator also wrote strange messages in response to my complaint that the cardiologist was talking on his mobile phone during the ultrasound and was not wearing a gown - like this is normal for them, but we have never seen this anywhere else! The price for some tests was announced at the reception twice as much, I had to find out on the spot and write to everyone about this - why was the price announced the same, but in fact it is 2 times different?! There are many nuances, just like for a VIP check-in. You can just get tested everywhere and cheaper, in this clinic there is no individual approach and the doctors don’t care - it’s noticeable, we won’t come to this place again.

I really liked the cardiolith clinic, also the medical team, the doctors who served me behaved professionally and were at a high level, for which I am very grateful to them. The only negative is the services of an interpreter. I think that the translation should be on the letterhead of the clinic and each medical specialist separately, and not on simple sheets of A4 format, where everything is printed in a row as a plain text.

There was an operation on the soft palate and a gastrocheck. The professor surgeon, a conscientious and attentive person, did an excellent job. There would be more such specialists. I have questions for the accompanying Russian office, nurses and ultrasound doctor: 1) The catheter was installed only the fourth time, and as a result, I now have a damaged vein in my arm that can no longer be restored 2) the ultrasound doctor found two cysts in the thyroid, 1.2 cm each , although this had never happened before, upon arrival home I did a double check, the cysts turned out to be 1.2 mm each, perhaps in the conclusion the comma was placed in the wrong place, or the fact that the doctor was very young 3) support and organization for 3, they took payment for a separate fee, but except for me there was also a man. They promised to recalculate, but they never did, after 3 months. Then I sent photographs to show them to the professor to make sure that everything was ok with the larynx, I first checked whether it was possible to send them. I've been waiting two weeks for an answer, and now they're completely ignoring me. The impression is that after receiving payment, attention and interest in the patient ends.

Initially, no one knew there was an appointment for us! They didn’t know who would attend to us! We had to ask several people using the reference name we had, and until they managed to identify the lady, we started the tests with a 2h delay… We did everything as planned without problems. More than 3 weeks have passed since we went to this clinic, and to date no one has sent us the results of the remaining tests. Not even the medical opinion! Considering how much was paid, no one is finishing what we went there to do!
