Being asked to pay extra costs at the last minute was deeply frustrating, souring the entire process. The surgeon was fantastic, and the clinic staff were good. The results speak for themselves; 15 days out, my chest width has perfect proportions and there’s great muscle separation with the medium Polytech implants. But the financial surprise was a significant issue. My advice is this: If you have fat in the chest area and are getting pectoral implants, ensure that gynaecomastia fat removal is negotiated in your final price! You can’t just add an implant without removing excess fat. Confirm with your consultant that this is included, because I did this and was still asked to pay more last minute. Also, the accommodations that they put you in are claimed to be prestige accommodations. The first few days two nights that I arrived. I was put in the most dreadful hotel room that you could ever imagine. I was also informed where I was staying at the very last minute I would advise that you get confirmation of where your accommodations will be and do your research far in advance to ensure that you’ll be staying somewhere acceptable I had to be moved to a new hotel room after completing for days while being ghosted - then the day of my surgery after being operated on I was told to bring my luggage to the hospital and had to check into a new hotel room post Surgery in pain and out of it. Also make sure that whoever your consultant is is readily available to attend to any issues I was ghosted for 48 hours by mine. She had a personal incident in her defence, however, if you’re in a foreign country by yourself, there should be someone to attend to you 24 hours a day regardless of personal incidents time or day somebody should’ve been available as a backup. In summary, it’s very important to make sure exactly what is covered and what is not I was told that everything would be covered except for my flight one in fact, all that was covered was the surgery breakfast hotel accommodations, which were originally terrible and transportation back-and-forth to hospital airport and follow up appointments. In reality, only breakfast was covered. You had to get your own lunch and dinner. Any medications that are prescribed post surgery, including compression vests, or any extra costs are to be covered by the patient and only told at the last minute. It is not in fact, all inclusive. It’s all inclusive in hotel, including breakfast and transportation. Everything else is on you to cover yourself.

If you're thinking about this, my main piece of advice is to be mentally ready for the procedure, as it can be overwhelming. I’m in early recovery from my breast reduction and lift, and I am feeling better than expected. My surgeon was great; he was honest about what results were realistic for my body and clearly explained all the risks, which gave me confidence. The clinic team was easy to reach and stayed in touch. Do be aware of some additional expenses – I had a prescription that cost extra at the pharmacy. A few practical tips: bring a spare compression garment, cotton t-shirts to wear underneath it, and your own snacks. Also, having my mum with me has been pivotal to my recovery, so I'd suggest bringing a companion if you can.

The single positive aspect of this entire process was the staff. They were wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the surgeon and the clinic itself was profoundly disappointing, and I'm very concerned with how my otoplasty recovery is going so far. The gap between the supportive staff and the actual medical treatment I received is hard to understand. The facility did not meet my expectations for a medical setting in any capacity. Based on this, I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to anyone considering a similar procedure.

The possibility of breathing issues was my primary concern going into this. And honestly, that has been the biggest challenge in recovery so far, with one nostril constantly feeling stuffed. My surgeon performed a closed rhinoplasty. Everything is still very swollen along the bridge, but I can already see that my nose tip appears more refined, which is a great sign. I loved the coordinator / interpreter. Totally made me feel at ease and comfortable in what I would only describe as an anxious situation especially with the language barrier and the unknown of where you are going. My biggest worry was how the final result would look, and whether it would be worth the recovery. Even though I’m still quite puffy around my jawline, the lift in my jowls is already a dramatic improvement. That part is a huge relief. The staff and clinic environment were excellent from start to finish. Turning my head feels slightly tight but okay. The surgeon did good work, though I rated them a 4/5 as I felt some communication could have been a bit more compassionate after surgery.The most challenging part has absolutely been sleeping elevated. That's no fun. I would still recommend this clinic.

The moment I saw the result, even with the initial swelling, I could tell the shape was exactly what I wanted. It’s a great feeling. My goal was a more defined tip, and that's precisely what the surgeon delivered using an open approach. The whole process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely caring. I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

If you’re thinking about arm liposuction, I’d advise you to prepare for the recovery. My surgeon used the VASER ultrasound technique and, although it’s still early days, my compression sleeves are already too loose. My mobility is limited; my biggest difficulty right now is reaching for things above my head. It’s also important to be patient with the results, because when I look in the mirror today, I can see that one arm looks different from the other, and I’m confident that will even out over time. Despite these minor aspects of the process, the care provided by the surgeon and all the staff was impeccable. I would recommend the clinic.

I don't know which technique was used or how much my nipple was repositioned, but so far, I feel better than expected. The hospital is very modern and clean. All the nursing staff were incredibly kind and took loving and attentive care of me; I felt well looked after and thoroughly taken care of at all times. If you're considering this, here is my honest take on the experience so far. My surgeon did excellent work on my extended tummy tuck with lipo and muscle repair; he was present during recovery checks and clearly explained the scar placement. I’m feeling better than expected early on. The financial aspect was a major factor. If I had the same procedure done in the US, I would have spent close to $20k. I spent a fraction of that in Istanbul and I was so impressed by the results. All transfers were provided and there were no additional expenses. However, be aware that some staff speak little English, and I frequently smelled cigarette smoke in the corridor. I also had to do my own online research for post-op directions. My coordinating physician did reach out while I was in the hospital and back at the hotel. My advice: only travel alone if you are very strong emotionally and physically, as it was a challenging experience. It felt like another c-section! Fortunately, the surgeon did an excellent job – the incisions were made using the traditional method and are now hidden in the natural folds of the skin. I have no complaints about him whatsoever. My eyes are still swollen, and I’ve noticed that when I smile, one side looks slightly different. I hope this will pass. The main advice I would give to anyone considering this procedure is to prepare thoroughly for the period before and after the operation.
