I sincerely want to thank the Bookimed team for their assistance. I had a challenging task: finding a specialized surgeon with expertise in hand finger surgery. The Bookimed specialists were very attentive to my request and helped me find the right doctor in Turkey. I was facing a serious operation on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th fingers of my left hand. The procedure was complex: a bone graft from the iliac crest was placed, and osteotomy was performed on several fingers with pin fixation. The surgery went brilliantly. Surgeon Levent Yalcin personally examined me afterward, which was very important. The staff at the Group Florence Nightingale Hospitals clinic was very polite. It was nice that there were no additional expenses, as the clinic provided everything necessary for the stay.

I would like to sincerely thank the Bookimed team for their assistance in finding a clinic and doctor in Turkey. I faced a fairly complex task: it was necessary to find a highly specialized surgeon with expertise in treating and performing surgery on finger joints. Finding the right specialist on my own proved to be challenging—there is a lot of information available, but it was essential to select a doctor with the necessary specialization and experience. The surgery went excellently; even before the procedure, they ensured I was well-prepared. I didn't even notice how I ended up in the operating room. I woke up post-operation in the ward where my husband was waiting for me. The excellent surgeon, Levent Yalçın, conducted the surgery, accompanied me at all stages, and always answered questions. The staff at Group Florence Nightingale Hospitals was very polite and responsive. They regularly checked on my well-being, measured blood pressure, and temperature. The conditions in the room were like a 5-star hotel, or even better, with additional amenities available in the restroom for patients. I would also like to thank Alisher, the international department coordinator, for his kindness and responsiveness, and interpreter Darya for her support and assistance in communicating with the doctors and staff.

All the staff members made me feel very comfortable. As I traveled on my own, I felt well cared for and looked after in the clinic, and the included hotel was basic but nice. The procedure went well. I was initially a bit unsure about the schedule for my follow-up appointments, but the team checked on me daily through WhatsApp, which was reassuring. My surgeon explained why the transconjunctival technique, leaving no visible scar, was the right choice for me, and the surgery was performed under local anesthesia with sedation. So far, my recovery is going about as expected. One piece of advice: bring a V-pillow. The clinic only mentioned I'd need to sleep upright on the day, and having one made my hotel stay much more comfortable.

All staff members made me feel very comfortable. I traveled on my own and felt well cared for and looked after in the clinic. The included hotel was basic but nice. The procedure went well with a fast recovery.

I was bit unsure of the days I would be going back to the clinic for a check up and for further treatment but I was checked on through WhatsApp daily and felt reassured knowing that I could contact them at any time if I felt unwell.

What really put me at ease was the conversation with my surgeon. She took the time to show me before and after photos, explained what result to realistically expect from the wedge method on the labia minora and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. The entire process has been so smooth. I'm feeling better than expected right now. The clinic support has been great—they've stayed in touch, gave me a clear aftercare guide, and were always easy to reach. Plus, there were no additional expenses at all. My advice is simple: do your research, and if you have any questions, ask the coordinator. They are only too happy to help.

Excellent communication with the coordinator. Everything was booked for me - the procedure, hotel & ALL the transfers. I didn't have to worry about anything once I was in Turkey.

She was Avialable at every Hour we bothered her. She was Very Friendly and sweet. We enjoyed her company and she made us feel Like Family. SHe was what made our whole experience a Success. The Professor was the Exact Same. They made my Procedure worth it.

Every part of the Process was Good when it started to GREAT by the Time the Surgery started to the Care I received before and after the Surgery itself.

My Only Complaint was not all the Staff Spoke English. But we made it.
