My coordinator, Olha, was excellent

My coordinator, Olha, was excellent. She kept in touch with me regularly, providing great reassurance that I had made the correct decision to come to Bursa, Türkiye for my spinal stenosis surgery. Her constant availability and very quick responses to any of my questions or concerns felt very personable and made a significant difference in my journey. I felt supported. The surgeon and the rest of the staff were also fantastic. While I rated the clinic facilities slightly lower than the people and only because of road noise in room, I have to say that my experience was all positive from start to finish. I am still in early recovery, but I am confident in the medical care I was given.

My coordinator Olha was excellent!! She kept in touch regularly and was a great reassurance that I had made the correct decision to come to Bursa Türkiye for surgery! She was available at all times and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns! Very personable!!

My experience was all positive!

The medical team was very good as they have set for me a translator to be with me within the doctor diagnosis and also the MRIs and Xrys, to explain for me when needed, therefore it was very simple and smooth, and the receptionists were very helpful if I didn’t find this website bookimed.com will never knew what to do or how to book an appointment with any doctor in Turkey, I'm thankful for this app’s help

Certainly I will recommend

The doctor spend around 45 minutes on my exam. Certainly I will recommend. He advised doing a neurological test I have never heard off for a better diagnose and I certainly already have a lot of knowledge on my condition.
