The team followed through on every detail discussed
Sitting in the consultation room while the surgeon explained the precise use of 50-100 million umbilical cord stem cells gave me a clear sense of the technical path ahead. Fifteen days after the treatment, I am already noticing some improvement in my overall physical state. The application was smooth, and I experienced no injection site reactions or inflammatory flare-ups afterward. Recovery is just beginning. Every interaction with the clinic staff was handled with professional efficiency, ensuring that the logistical side of the medical travel was as controlled as the procedure itself. It is important to stay patient during this early window while the body starts to respond to the cells. The team followed through on every detail discussed.
Josh and team had fantastic thorough communication
Not sure... give me extra stem cells. Maybe have more food?

If you're travelling to Bangkok and need fast and quality care, I would highly recommend using Bookimed to set up an appointment and going to B
Everything went so smoothly and I was well taken care of upon arrival. B. Care Medical Center is very clean and beautiful. The medical team were very professional and thorough and warm and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable and they went above and beyond to give me more treatment than I had asked for. Bookimed was also very easy to use, response time was quick and easy and all my questions were answered promptly. If you're travelling to Bangkok and need fast and quality care, I would highly recommend using Bookimed to set up an appointment and going to B. Care Medical Center for your medical needs.

It was a terrible experience which I never want to go through again. Upon arrival at the hospital, the consultant , Jeab who led me there was not present to receive me. Instead I was attended by the medical sstaff who flatly shot down the agreed quotations offered by Jeab and even said they do not need the VDO anymore so they could not offer me what Jeab did and I was told I had to pay 3 times the proce of what I was offered before. Consequent to the price dispute, there were lots of bleak moments between the consultant and the medical staff internally then I was made to wait for over two hours then they suddenly reversed to ask for VDO compromised on an agreed price. I repeated said no to revealing my face for the VDO and the secretary Kimmy assured me my face will not be shown on camera. Prior to seeing the doctor, I was told to made payment first. For every doctor consultation, I had to go to the cashier to complete the payment and I was seeing two different doctors meant I had to repeat same process twice touring the entire medical centre so many times. What was most stupid was that I was never informed that I had to pay out of pocket for the Covid-9 test which I deem really unfair when there was konsixh prior information and they just dumped all the hidden cost on me. I only did the arm Vader+body tite along with pick laser for vaginal and I was made to go from building to building spending 7 hours there the entire day is really uncalled for!!!

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment. The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily. I would not recommend this clinic

I'm pleased I went there
Well it's been about a month and I'm still recovering but I'm pleased I went there.
The people were nice
What I didn't like wasn't to do with the place or people. I went through quite a painful procedure getting rid of rather a lot of moles and I almost wished I hadn't when I was in pain. It's all changed now that I'm healing.

FAQ about Collagen Lifting in Thailand

These FAQs come from real patients seeking medical assistance through Bookimed. Answers are given by experienced medical coordinators and trusted clinic representatives.

What is Collagen Lifting in Thailand and how does it work?

Collagen lifting in Thailand covers non-surgical skin tightening. It uses energy-based technologies and biostimulators. Procedures like Ultherapy and Ultraformer III deliver heat to deep skin layers. This immediately tightens fibres and triggers natural collagen production for long-term facial rejuvenation.

  • Energy technologies: Ultherapy and Ultraformer III use focused ultrasound to tighten deep structural tissue layers.
  • Radiofrequency lifting: Thermage FLX uses monopolar radiofrequency to remodel collagen and smooth skin textures.
  • Biostimulation: Injectables like Sculptra strengthen skin architecture by increasing natural collagen by 66%.
  • Regenerative additions: Clinics often combine lifting with exosome therapy, PRP, or mesotherapy to improve glow.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics frequently offer Ultraformer III as a more affordable HIFU alternative. For instance, Menness Wellness Clinic provides 500-shot packages for A$500. This is significantly lower than typical Ultherapy rates. It offers a similar lifting effect at a fraction of the Australia average of $3,700.

Patient Consensus: Patients visiting Thailand report that high-tech lifting procedures like Thermage and Ultherapy are easily accessible. Many appreciate the minimal downtime and professional care found in Bangkok clinics.

What is the expected recovery time for Collagen Lifting treatments in Thailand?

Collagen lifting in Thailand generally involves a fast recovery period. Most patients return to normal activities within 2 to 7 days. Initial swelling or bruising settles quickly after treatments like Ultherapy or Ultraformer III. However, thread-based lifts may require 4 to 6 weeks for full stability.

  • Daily activities: Most patients resume light work and social life within 1 to 2 days.
  • Physical restrictions: Avoid intense exercise or facial massages for 14 days after the procedure.
  • Side effects: Mild tenderness, bruising, or swelling typically resolve within 2 to 5 days.
  • Results timeline: Immediate lifting often appears, but full collagen regeneration takes 2 to 3 months.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Many Bangkok clinics, such as Dr. Chen Surgery Hospital, provide hyperbaric oxygen or light therapy to speed up healing. Choosing these specialised centres can reduce visible swelling faster than standard protocols. This is helpful for patients planning a short holiday. Some clinics serve over 500,000 patients annually, meaning doctors have vast experience with various skin types.

Patient Consensus: Patients report minimal downtime and often resume their holiday the next day. Small amounts of redness are common. Planning a buffer of 3 days before flying home helps manage travel-related skin irritation.

How long do the results from Collagen Lifting in Thailand typically last?

Results from collagen lifting in Thailand typically last 6 to 18 months. Longevity depends on the specific method used. High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) like Ultraformer III usually lasts 6 to 12 months. Energy-based treatments such as Thermage can provide firmer skin for up to 2 years.

  • Energy-based lifting: Ultherapy and Thermage stimulate natural protein production for 12–24 months.
  • Ultraformer III: This HIFU device typically maintains skin tightening for 6–12 months.
  • Collagen stimulators: Injectable treatments like Juvelook can sustain improved volume for 18 months.
  • Radiofrequency: Thermage results often peak at 6 months and last up to 2 years.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics frequently combine 500-shot Ultraformer III sessions with regenerative therapies like exosomes or PRP. Data from centres like STC Clinic suggests these biostimulators can extend the visible tightening effect. They do this by maintaining better skin hydration and elasticity than energy-based treatments alone.

Patient Consensus: Expect results in Thailand to be a maintenance refresh rather than a permanent fix. Initial tightening often softens after several months. However, the underlying skin quality improvements usually persist much longer.

What is the difference between the Oligio and OligioX collagen lifting devices used in Thailand?

The OligioX is an upgrade to the original Oligio radiofrequency device. Both use monopolar radiofrequency to tighten skin. However, the OligioX features a dual-mode system. This targets deeper tissue and fat layers. It also uses a powerful 11-level cooling system for better comfort.

  • Technology mode: OligioX uses a G+X dual-mode system targeting surface and deeper dermis layers.
  • Treatment depth: OligioX reaches deeper tissue to stimulate stronger collagen growth than the original.
  • Cooling efficiency: An 11-level cooling system in OligioX allows higher energy with less discomfort.
  • Clinical results: The original is best for prevention. OligioX targets more significant jawline sagging.
  • Procedure speed: OligioX systems typically provide faster treatment times than the original model.

Bookimed Expert Insight: OligioX is the flagship upgrade. However, Thai clinics like Menness Wellness Clinic often combine these technologies with HIFU systems like Ultraformer III. Data shows that using RF for surface tightening alongside HIFU for muscle-layer lifting delivers better results.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand report that OligioX feels more intense. However, they find the integrated cooling makes it tolerable. Most agree that results appear gradually. These focus on a refined jawline and improved skin texture rather than a surgical lift.

Which collagen lifting treatments are most commonly offered in Thailand?

Thailand specialises in non-surgical collagen lifting via ultrasound, radiofrequency, and mechanical methods. Ultraformer III and Ultherapy remain the primary device-based options. Thread lifts are standard for immediate mechanical lifting. High-volume Bangkok centres also offer regenerative approaches using exosomes and platelet-rich plasma to stimulate natural collagen production.

  • Energy-based devices: Ultherapy and Ultraformer III use focused ultrasound to target deep tissue layers.
  • Radiofrequency tightening: Thermage FLX/CPT treatments use radiofrequency energy to remodel existing collagen fibres.
  • Minimally invasive lifting: Thread lifts provide physical lift while stimulating collagen around the dissolving threads.
  • Regenerative injectables: Exosome therapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) act as biostimulators for skin firmness.

Bookimed Expert Insight: While Ultherapy is widely available, Bangkok clinics frequently bundle Ultraformer III as an efficient 500-shot package. Some centres like Menness Wellness Clinic offer these starting at A$500. This provides a mid-depth lift between surface treatments and surgery for about 91% less than Australian averages.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand often report that thread lifts deliver the most noticeable immediate results. They usually suggest asking clinics for specific device brands like Ulthera or Thermage for quality treatment.
