The package includes shoulder arthroscopy and repair at Acıbadem Taksim Hospital, a premium hospital in Istanbul, general anaesthesia, surgical fees, premium suture implants from Smith & Nephew, the planned hospital stay, and standard postoperative care. The first consultation at the clinic is complimentary. The Bankart repair procedure, number and type of suture implants, length of hospital stay, recommended time in Istanbul, and rehabilitation plan are confirmed after clinical assessment and review of the patient’s imaging. Complimentary complication insurance valued at €150, with limited tourist health-related benefits, is included. Follow-up visits after hospital discharge are free until departure from Istanbul. For patients with restricted mobility staying at an eligible hotel near the clinic, follow-up visits at the hotel are also complimentary. Accommodation and transport are not included but can be arranged with transparent pricing. A video consultation is available at a 20% discount: €176 instead of €220.

Dr. Halil Can Gemalmaz is a professor of orthopedics and traumatology in Istanbul. He is a pioneer in Turkey for 3D patient-specific orthopedic procedures. Dr. Gemalmaz specializes in robotic-assisted joint replacements for the knee and hip. He currently serves as a faculty member at Atlas University Faculty of Medicine.
