They helped me here in just one visit

My main concern was that the treatment would not yield real results. However, I had been struggling with my issue for many years, and they helped me here in just one visit. This is true. The entire process was organized very efficiently, and both the surgeon and the entire clinic staff demonstrated high professionalism. I am currently in the early stages of recovery, and there are already positive changes. When asked what could be improved, I couldn't think of anything because everything was perfect. I have no complaints about the clinic or the quality of medical services.

If asked whether I would recommend the clinic, I would give it a clear 10 out of 10

My biggest concern was choosing the right surgeon, but this turned out to be completely unfounded. I felt very well looked after right from the first point of contact. The doctor took plenty of time for the consultation, and the whole team at the clinic were professional and very caring, which made the whole process very straightforward for me. Everything went smoothly. Although my recovery is still ongoing, I am extremely satisfied with the care and organisation so far. If asked whether I would recommend the clinic, I would give it a clear 10 out of 10.

The dermatologist was very attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail, and I felt that I’d really been heard

My biggest worry was that the doctor wouldn’t have time to listen to me and really understand my problem, especially in an unfamiliar setting. That didn’t happen. The clinic itself has clearly state-of-the-art equipment. The only slight downside was that the waiting time for the appointment turned out to be a bit long. My recovery is going according to plan so far, and although it’s too early to talk about the final result, I’m feeling optimistic. My advice: use this service. It’s convenient. Safe and comfortable.

My biggest worry was that getting tested abroad would be a complicated and drawn-out process. In reality, however, it was a very quick and efficient procedure. No pain at all. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my results on the very same day, which meant I didn’t have to change my plans. The clinic staff were very attentive, and the Bookimed coordinator really helped with all the organisational matters. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the consultation with the doctor. I felt he could have spent a little more time explaining the results. Otherwise, the service was excellent.
