The surgeon and the clinic staff worked very smoothly and professionally.

My main concern was post-operative discomfort, and that’s partly how it turned out: the hardest part wasn’t the pain, but having to breathe through my mouth all the time whilst sleeping. It wasn’t easy. However, it’s only a temporary difficulty. I had open rhinoplasty, and at this stage of recovery, my nasal breathing is already back to how it was before. There is, of course, still some moderate swelling at the tip of my nose, but that is completely normal. The surgeon and the clinic staff worked very smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the clinic can be considered a good option.

If I were asked to describe my experience in one word, I would say ‘well-balanced’. The Sapphire FUE procedure, during which 4,000–5,000 grafts were transplanted, went exactly to plan. The staff were incredibly supportive and attentive; I would give them 5/5 without hesitation. As for the surgeon’s work and the clinic itself, there are a couple of areas that could be improved, so I’d give them a 4/5. Recovery is going well: there’s a slight tightness in the donor area, but it’s not a big deal. New stubble is already starting to grow. The main thing is that it’s perfectly possible to sleep — the neck pillow really does help. I would recommend this place to my friends with an 8 out of 10 rating.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the clinic and all the staff for their professionalism, care and attentive service ❤️ I underwent dental treatment over a period of five days. On the first day, I had a CT scan and was given a detailed treatment plan; from then on, everything proceeded step by step and in a very organised manner. Part of the treatment is still to come — I’ve left three teeth and the issue with my bite for my next visits. I’d like to make a special mention of the atmosphere at the clinic. I used to be very afraid of dentists; every visit was extremely stressful for me. But here, everything turned out to be completely different — no pain during treatment, the utmost care, attentiveness and support at every appointment. It’s surprising to me, but I actually looked forward to my appointments all five days, which is completely out of character for me 😊 I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices, the high level of professionalism of the dentists and the politeness of the entire staff. This was my 3rd rhinoplasty. The first one was unsuccessful, they ruined my nose with an implant. The second rhinoplasty did not correct all the problems. My consultant Tatyana helped me a lot with my choice, she answered all my questions very accurately! We chose Dr. Cem Altindag because he specializes in the nose. I liked my translator! Very attentive and nice girl! The provision of medical services in the hospital was of very high quality. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to my attending physician! I'm very pleased with everything! So far I am satisfied with the results, I will wait for a full recovery! I had some minor problems with the hotel, but this issue was resolved very quickly.
