Honestly, my recovery so far has been better than expected. The support has been solid; the clinic stayed in touch, and it was particularly helpful that my doctor was available to answer all of my follow-up questions. That provided a lot of reassurance. Everything really felt like a luxury first class experience. After half my life living off nasal sprays and congestion I’m now ready to live the other part of life with a nose that breathes! Just go for it. Lifes too short to put up with suffering that can be medically fixed!

Hisar hospital was great, rooms were large, clean and they had the latest medical equipment. The doctor (dr. Tayphun Apuhan) explained to us in detail the procedure (it was a tympanoplasty for my wife) and the surgery went perfect. The hospital staff was great, the nurses took very good care of us and the experience was a 5/5 at all times. The doctor also offered the least intrusive solution to my wife's problem so her recovery was quick and successful. The provided translator (which was needed as my wife does not speak english) was great and she guided us throughout the whole treatment phases. I highly recommend this hospital, doctor and bookimed for anyone seeking a tympanoplasty or other ear related surgery.

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. Had my tonsils taken out in Medical Park Antalya Hastanesi with Dr. Harun Doğru. Great experience, from messaging Bookimed, i was hesitant because reviews were all so positive, i was scared it would be a scam but after the experience I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Every aspect was pre-arranged, airport pick-up/drop-off, private cars to appointments. The Dr and his assistant showed a high level of expertise. No staffing issues in the operating theatre or for the follow up care. I was sceptical having arranged this all via whatsapp, but it worked perfectly. 100% recommended.

Everything was very quick. I was sent for an X-ray without a queue and relatively inexpensive (the doctor sent me for an X-ray after the initial examination). In total we spent about an hour in the clinic. Immediately got an interpreter, got registered, got to the doctor's office (even before the specified time), sent to X-ray immediately, returned to the doctor, got all the answers. Nurses, interpreters and of course Dr Selman, all worked professionally, quickly and smoothly. The clinic itself is very large, works in different areas, clean spacious rooms, the room has a shower, toilet, all bathroom accessories. It was necessary to clean wax from one ear. As a result, for only $150 I received a consultation with an ENT professor, cleaning of both ears, and an additional examination of my nose and throat. The clinic and doctors work professionally, however, it was not possible to use the services of a translator into Russian at the reception, since the translator was too busy, but the doctors speak excellent English.
