What really stood out was sitting with my doctor before the procedure. He personally performed the treatment, but first, he showed me before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine and clearly explained the specific depth and settings he would use for my skin. This gave me confidence. I had one Morpheus8 session for my neck and décolletage, and I'm feeling better than expected so far. The clinic staff have also stayed in touch, which is reassuring. Just be aware that I did have some additional expenses for injections that weren't in the initial price.

Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. If you're considering this, you need to be aware of what can happen. Everything changed on the day of my procedure. I originally received an offer from Adem&Havva clinic for a DHI transplant 4000-4500 grafts with Dr.Fuzun, but I "did the hair transplant at Scala clinic(they colaborate together)with Dr.Cengiz Yaylaci 3600 grafts Fue Sapphire... I didnt knew the Dr. change or the tehnique change." The surgeon was rushed, spoke no English, and only made incisions after a technician drew my hairline. It’s too early to tell about the results. I feel Bookimed should care about their clients, not just money. My advice: if they change anything last minute, stand up and leave.Dont trust Bookimed!

The continued support from the clinic has been the most notable part of my experience so far. I was there for Botox injections, targeting my forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet. The process was clear. What made it feel so straightforward was the good communication from start to finish, and I found the team to be a very friendly, professional staff. They answered all my questions. I received between 21 and 40 units, and the final bill had no additional expenses, which was a relief. It is still too early to tell what the full results will be, but the clinic has stayed in touch since the procedure, which I appreciate.

The quality of the hospital service is second to none, with well-organised, highly competent services that are always available to patients. Whether it's the doctors, nurses or reception staff, many other hospitals should take inspiration from the Turkish hospital model. The hospitals are like luxury hotels, you feel good, you are looked after and followed throughout your stay. Finally, the money I spent there was really justified. My biggest concern was choosing the right surgeon, but this turned out to be completely unfounded. I felt very well looked after right from the first point of contact. The doctor took plenty of time for the consultation, and the whole team at the clinic were professional and very caring, which made the whole process very straightforward for me. Everything went smoothly. Although my recovery is still ongoing, I am extremely satisfied with the care and organisation so far. If asked whether I would recommend the clinic, I would give it a clear 10 out of 10.

My biggest concern going into this was the recovery and if I would see real changes. The procedure itself was quick, involving two passes with the MOXI laser. My skin already feels smoother to the touch, and I can definitely see my dark spots fading, which is exactly what I hoped for. The surgeon was fantastic, earning a full 5/5 from me, and the clinic itself is pristine. The most difficult part has been the aftercare; strictly avoiding sun exposure is no joke. While the staff were professional, they could have been a bit more attentive, hence the 4/5 rating. Overall, it was a solid choice for the treatment.

My request was for a specific treatment for my condition, which I believe was triggered by COVID or vaccine-related complications. The treatment itself is relatively new and not widely available; however, the doctor Faturanız Hazırdır was open to considering my request, which was a decisive factor in choosing this hospital. Her level of empathy was touching. When I arrived, I received outstanding support from Aliser Durdiyev, who coordinated the entire process — from reception and medication procurement to scheduling the treatment. None of this would have been possible without Hanna Karvatska, who connected all of us who has deep personal and professional connection with people here, and I’m deeply grateful to her, Alisar, and the doctor for their support and professionalism. And special thanks for the empathy from all three people, the teamwork they created to get me what we all believe could be the best treatment.

My main concern going into this was what the final result would feel like. I opted for a fat transfer, and the clinic staff and surgeon were professional throughout the process. The service was good. I'm still in the early stages of recovery, so I haven't tried any sexual activity yet. To be honest, my biggest recovery concern so far has been some uneven bumps, which makes the new girth feel slightly uneven at this point. I'm told this can be part of the healing process, so I'm waiting to see how things settle over time. The overall experience was satisfactory, with a capable team.

I couldn’t of gone through this journey without Guifer, she’s been such an integral part of me committing to the surgery, before, during & aftercare she has held my hand throughout, even at 01:30am calling me to ensure I got into my cab to airport ok, incredible lady, backbone of the international clientele..Dr Esra & her team have been great, fantastic facilities, super clean/hygienic & Dr Esra is super knowledgeable, no 1 in her field, highly recommended…I’m looking forward to coming back next year for further works - this is day 3 of surgery, so far so good, will update later on actual results once swelling goes down - thank you to all!

ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. All the staff from Quartz clinic were very professional as well. Dr Ezgi did a great job during my 2 sessions. I would highly recommend bookimed for bookings and Quartz clinic for procedures. Their professionalism, and on time communication made a big difference.

The clinic was so nice and beautiful. Staff was friendly and my doctor was very quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The price was so reasonable and I felt safe getting the injections. They provided numbing cream when I was in the waiting room which was very nice. The coordinator was helpful in making sure I knew where the locations were and what to expect.

They gave clear instructions that made managing the aftercare for my coin-sized birthmark removal straightforward.
