Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany!

My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! The surgeon’s approach to planning and communication was the most significant factor for me. He took the time to review my CT scan with me, explaining the entire strategy for the dental implant before proceeding. Knowing that he would personally perform the implant placement was reassuring, and he also gave me a clear timeline for the final crown placement, which helps in planning. Post-procedure support has been very practical. The clinic gave me a clear aftercare guide to follow. They stay in touch, and have been consistently easy to reach with any questions I have had during my recovery so far. From a financial perspective, everything was transparent; there were no additional expenses on top of the original quote.

I have to give a special mention to my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington. He could not have been more helpful, and it felt like a genuinely personal service rather than simply arranging a booking, as he checked in every step of the way. The laser teeth whitening was carried out efficiently at a very clean and professional clinic. My dentist was excellent — carefully checking my teeth, explaining sensitivity risks, and giving clear diet instructions. I am extremely pleased, as my teeth are 4–6 shades lighter, and I'm feeling better than expected. My only feedback is that the dentist didn't confirm the shade before or after, which would have offered greater reassurance. The clinic did stay in touch, and there were no additional expenses. For future patients, ask Bookimed for hotel suggestions; mine was a few minutes' walk away.

I had a really positive experience from start to finish. The clinic was very clean and professional, and all of the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dentist was excellent — very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, with very good English. The teeth-whitening procedure was carried out efficiently and I am extremely pleased with the results. I also have to give a special mention to Winnington at Bookimed. He really could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. He was extremely engaging and took the time to provide me with different treatment options, dental clinics, hotels and taxi arrangements, which made organising everything much easier. What impressed me most was that Winnington continued to check in with me every step of the way to make sure I was OK and to see whether I needed anything. It felt like genuinely personal service rather than simply arranging a booking. I would 100% use Bookimed again and, hopefully, I will have the pleasure of having Winnington manage my next booking too.

From Bookimed's side, I genuinely don't think they could have done anything differently. The organisation and support I received from Winnington throughout the whole process were excellent. The only thing I feel could have been improved was at the clinic itself. The dentist did not check or confirm the shade of my teeth before or after the whitening treatment, which I had assumed would be part of the service. They just asked if I was happy with the result. I can clearly see that my teeth are several shades lighter and I am very happy with the results. However, having the before and after shades formally checked and confirmed at the clinic would have given me greater reassurance and meant I left feeling even happier with the result, rather than having to wait until afterwards to compare my own before and after photographs.

I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints

The experience was really good they looked after me well and the clinic was very good the only problem I had was the price the whole procedure was £6000 and I have another £3900 to pay in December when I get my new teeth and the implants I’ve had don’t stick out of my gum you can’t even see them I hope there in there the implants my friend had they stuck out of his gum they was massive so that’s the only problem was how expensive the procedure was Yes my gums are stitched up still and yes I saw the scan with my implants in I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints I can’t wait to get my new teeth so thanks

The doctor tells you what he is doing, and he did a great job very efficiently. This was true of the whole process. The service was amazing, right from the first communication. They always messaged well in advance to let you know what time your appointment is scheduled for, and when the transfer will be there, with the name of the driver and vehicle number plate. All staff were super welcoming, friendly and professional. Recovery is going well. My gums already look pink and healthy. I am still being very careful with everything, and my speech is adjusting to the new mini implants.

I decided to seek treatment with dentist Ela Cabuk after reading reviews so I'm hoping this review will help in the same way for another undecided person in making a sound choice,. I found her expertise professionalism and compassion to ones needs a true relief. I had receding gums on my top four front teeth and the roots were exposed, my own thought were to just get 4 on 4 but Ela found the perfect solution in restoring and firming my four front teeth without going to the extreme. I would recommend her any day, I could not fault my treatment or my outcome.

I was very anxious about possible discomfort after the procedure, but the entire process was carried out with great care.
