The Doctors and the Medical personnel as. Well as my interpreter were very courteous and patience. They do everything to make sure you got what you went for. The Taxi transfer was very swift and consistent. The Doctors were ready to support the patient to make sure everything was okay.

What really stood out was sitting with my surgeon as he so carefully measured and marked my upper eyelids. He was very honest about what to expect from the recovery and potential scarring, which I appreciated. The procedure was done with just local anesthesia. I'm still in the early healing stages, but I am feeling better than expected so far. The clinic team has stayed in touch to check in on me, and there were no additional expenses at all. I can't even think of any advice for a future patient, because the clinic provided all the necessary information beforehand. I couldn't have wanted for more.

The atmosphere here is truly home-like, which is very important during inpatient rehabilitation. Our program included modern methods, including hardware therapy, and they also took care of simple but essential things: providing delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners every day. Importantly, there were no additional expenses beyond the clinic's payment. It's still early to talk about the results. But we are very glad we chose you. My coordinator, Mariia, was absolutely fantastic
Patient Review: Exceptional Knee Surgery in Istanbul with Professor Gemalmaz After facing a long wait for knee surgery under the NHS in the UK, where I was looking at either a partial or full implant, I decided to explore other options. I consulted Professor Gemalmaz through Bookimed, who reviewed my case and noted that the rest of my knee capsule was in good condition. Instead of a replacement, he proposed a joint preservation strategy to save my knee. On September 17th, at the Memorial Şişli Hospital in Istanbul, he performed a mosaicplasty on my right knee. He took a plug of bone and cartilage from a non-weight-bearing area of my knee and very skillfully used it to repair a 16mm x 14mm x 15mm grade 4 cartilage defect in the patellofemoral joint. The operation was a complete success. I am currently recovering in Istanbul, undergoing a course of intensive physiotherapy, and I am already able to walk with just one crutch. Remarkably, the remaining cartilage in my knee was found to be grade one, which is exceptional for my age. I highly doubt I would have found a surgeon of Professor Gemalmaz’s outstanding caliber in the UK, and the procedure was very affordable. His exceptional surgical skill was matched only by his consideration and kindness; he visited me every single day in the hospital and frequently checked on me at my hotel. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services. Any prospective patient would be fortunate indeed to have Professor Gemalmaz as their surgeon. The bookimed co ordinator Mariia was absolutely fantastic. I can't praise her enough. Nothing was too much trouble she was there for every query and extremely helpful at sorting everything out. She was absolutely invaluable. She took the stress out of the whole process.

Honestly, there is nothing I can say about making it a better experience, everything went smoothly and on time
What stood out most was the flawless organization from start to finish. I came for chronic pain treatment, and the entire process was handled with true professionalism. The team made it simple. My "whole experience has been excellent especially the translator and coordinator innes and alisar." The online planning was also very smooth, as Olha "dealt with everything online making my life easier" and was easy to correspond with. I gave the surgeon, staff, and clinic the highest ratings. Dr Sait has worked wonders
On the 18th he underwent surgery with a vagus nerve stimulator on the 25th and it was connected. Dr Sait has worked wonders. Daytime seizures are very rare but nighttime seizures have changed completely. I am 35 years old and so far only the first connection 0.25 paediatric dose and 5 more connections. Thank you to the neurologist Dr Yemmir who agreed to treat me. For all my years my encephalogram is finally normal. I am from abroad. I don't live in Istanbul. But I thank the whole clinic, all the doctors, all the interpreters, all the staff.

We were at Memorial Ankara on the 27th and 28th of October. The transfer was organised. We were met by Nigora, a member of the international department of the clinic. We saw a neurologist and a cardiologist. We had blood tests, MRI, Doppler, ECG, ECHG, Holter ..... Quality of service and knowledge of medical and nursing staff at the highest level. We are satisfied. Thank God, my dad feels well. He bought all the pills we were prescribed in Ankara.
