My coordinator stayed in touch and was supportive through the process. However, the doctor inspired confidence initially but his performance was very poor. During the consultation, he minimized all the risks and made everything seem very simple, he was like a salesman. In the surgery room he realized that he couldn’t do the surgery he planned for me, and he did to me a totally different surgery just for the sake of money. Instead of solving my problem he added more horrible problems to my life. Bedsides the fact that I payed for on surgery and received another one, what he did was harmful to my body with a very negative impact on my life and my mental health. I feel worse. On top of this, I had to pay for some transfers due to car unavailability. My advice is to be very careful in discussions with the doctor; ask as many questions as possible and trust your gut feeling when making a big decision.

I had a great experience from start to finish; the staff were polite, professional, and very helpful. A special mention has to go to Ibrohim, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, translating everything and regularly checking in after the procedure. The cryoablation addressed multiple nerve branches, and I'm healing with a clean, minimal scar. If like me you have tried all other options, then give it a go, as it’s the safer option than the dorsal neurectomy. I felt genuinely well looked after.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for treatment in Istanbul. I'm still in early recovery from my HoLEP procedure, but I am feeling much better than I expected to at this stage. It’s a real relief. For my condition, which involved a medium-sized prostate, I was pleased that the catheter was only needed for two days post-op. What also gave us peace of mind was that the final bill was exactly as quoted, with no additional expenses to worry about. The entire process was very straightforward and well-managed.

My main concern was the complexity of my case, which required addressing both Peyronie's disease and implanting a prosthesis. The surgeon was excellent. It was a very difficult job, but the two-hour surgery was successful because we followed his recommendations. I'm in early recovery, and while it is highly painful, that was to be expected. The support system was also solid. Communication with my coordinator and interpreter, Ibrohim, was excellent. He was very friendly and reassuring throughout the process, which made a significant difference. There was nothing that could have been better.

What worried me most was how the final length would turn out, but the result is already better than expected. The team was faultless. My incision for the 3-piece Rigicon implant is healing cleanly, though the most difficult part of recovery has been just trying to sit comfortably. The clinic facility itself is why I gave a lower rating; it’s functional but feels dated. This did not detract from the quality of the medical attention, however. Based on the care from the staff and the surgeon, I would direct others here.

I was in constant contact with the coordinator. They were very punctual with scheduling — I even went into the office 5 minutes early. The doctor already knew details about me from the documents I'd sent in advance, which impressed me. I won’t talk about the way this clinic conducts business, namely that the price starts to rise when you are already there and your passport is with the registrar, all this is nothing, if there was a result, but the result is this - Urology of this institution is completely bottom, here in the bookcomed they praised that you will have a professor, and so, a professor who, as it turned out, specializes in child circumcisions, spent at most three minutes on me when providing tests and descriptions of the disease, and two on the results and treatment prescriptions, well, okay, I think, the professor, he treats in a second, but no, I was treated, the result is zero, just zero. And you understand this: time, money and most importantly health, there are still a lot of moments, but you can close your eyes to all this, if you were cured, if you at least tried to think about it

After I got the address of the doctor needed, I managed to see him, but everyone was surprised by my visit. The doctor was not aware that I was going to meet him, the staff were all surprised. They were not aware of bookmed at all neither did they know the focal person who linked me with the hospital. The doctor told me he would send a preliminary report on the patient. I never got the report. Please let me know what happened? Is it scam or something?

We are pleased with the staff and all the support we got from Registering, through the examinations, to the transfer to airport we needed directly from the hospital. Doctor's exeprtise was at a very high level, our translator was great and assisted with everything needed, the hospital is clean and comfortable, offering Wi-Fi access, places to rest, charge devices, eat, etc.
