My primary concern before traveling for a PET-CT with Gallium 68 was the logistical side of things and whether every step would be clearly explained and executed in a new medical system. These worries proved to be entirely unfounded. The entire process was managed with clear and direct communication from the staff and the surgeon, which made a significant difference. The clinic's organization was evident. Everything was handled systematically, and each stage of the diagnostic procedure was laid out for me beforehand, so there were no surprises. The approach was very professional. but I can confirm that this part of my medical journey was managed with thorough competence.

The team was great. Professor Alper Toker is an outstanding doctor, a true professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His team is perfectly organized, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. They were always available to assist with any needs, making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed at all times. From the initial consultation to the final stages of care, the entire experience was handled with **expertise and professionalism**. Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue. Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication. The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good. We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good. Thank Allah that we met Alisher and Dr Bora Basharan, for his golden hands, good surgery and organisation. Thank you very much again! Good health to all!

If you are currently looking for a place to undergo a CT scan and considering different options, let me share my experience. From the very beginning, the interaction was set up very efficiently. All organizational issues were resolved quickly, coordinators were in touch and provided all the necessary information, which helped to avoid unnecessary stress. Everything at the clinic went according to plan. No delays. The staff acted professionally and cohesively, from registration to the procedure itself. The equipment looked modern, and the environment was calm and clean, which also matters. The doctor who analyzed the images provided clear and understandable explanations of the results. I am still in the recovery process, but the diagnostic stage was conducted at a high professional level. I had no complaints.

Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your company for the impeccable organisation of my examination. Every stage was thought out down to the smallest detail, which allowed me to feel completely safe and comfortable. Special thanks to the doctors — Dr. Bülent and Dr. Kemal. They are top-level specialists whose attention to detail and professionalism command deep respect. I really appreciate the thorough approach they took to my diagnosis. I would also like to thank the coordinator, Seda, for her sensitivity, and the female translators who accompanied me every step of the way and were a real support. I wish you prosperity, and the doctors further success in their noble work. I will confidently recommend you to my friends and family!

What worried me most was the uncertainty and what the treatment plan would be. But my fears were put to rest after the very first consultation. The doctor was very attentive and explained everything in detail and calmly, which immediately put me at ease. I really appreciate that approach. All the staff at the clinic were responsive and supportive at every stage. The clinic itself made a good impression; everything is well organised. I am currently in the recovery phase and feel much calmer, having a clear understanding of the next steps. It was the right choice.

What surprised me most about my basalioma treatment wasn't the procedure itself, but the detailed skin examination I received. The surgeon was excellent. He made sure all removal options were discussed clearly, which was reassuring since I already had my diagnosis before arriving. Right now, the treated area is healing very well. While the medical care was superb and the clinic facilities are great, the administrative staff seemed a bit disorganized, which was the only downside. Despite that, based on the surgeon’s work, it’s a place I would suggest to others.

My main concern before starting treatment was how my body would react to the drug. I’m undergoing a course of Keytruda immunotherapy for kidney cancer, receiving an infusion every three weeks. Yes, I have experienced some side effects. These are mainly digestive issues, and I feel a little more tired. Of course, I am still concerned that these might get worse over time. But I must say that the doctor and all the staff have been very attentive and professional, which gives me confidence that I made the right choice of clinic and treatment process.

The medical team's communication during my Gallium 68 DOTATATE PET-CT was direct and clear, which set the tone for the entire process. From coordination to the scan itself, every stage was handled with a high degree of professionalism. My overall sentiment is simple: everything was done at a very high level, and I am sincerely grateful for the help and support I received from everyone involved. The clinic environment and the attentive staff made a significant difference. I have no suggestions for improvement. The service was solid.

My biggest worry was finding a surgeon and team I could completely trust for this personal procedure. That concern disappeared quickly. From the first consultation, the surgeon was professional and the staff were consistently kind, which made the whole process feel secure and well-managed. I'm still in the early stages of healing, but the level of care has been excellent. Everything was clear. When friends ask if I would suggest this clinic to them, my answer is a 10. The support has been fantastic.

The consultation with the doctor and his calm confidence greatly helped to manage my anxiety. I went through the examination calmly and confidently, feeling a professional and compassionate approach at every stage. The organization was top-notch. The coordinator was always in touch, promptly resolving any issues that arose, and the transfer was always on time, which was very important. The clinic is excellent, and the staff is caring. The doctor himself is polite and attentive. Thank you.

My biggest concern before the operation was the recovery period, but now, 15 days after the prosthetic testicle implant surgery, I can say that things are going as expected. I received a small prosthesis measuring 3.5 cm; although I’m not sure of the brand, I’m satisfied with it. The surgeon and all the staff at the clinic were highly professional and competent throughout my experience. Everything went well. The recovery period is going well and without any problems so far.

The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. And even though I was coming in with a slight fear and a tiny panic attack, there was really no need to worry, everything is on a highest level! Thanks to all!
