The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... From the first contact, the support team were very accommodating, professional and was helpful to answer any of my queries. I arrived Istanbul slightly earlier before my hair transplant date to go sightseeing, and they were able to accommodate my schedule including pickup and drop of to airport. They even went above and beyond by helping me to get a transfer from the hotel that I I initially stayed to another hotel that was provided by them. The facilities of the clinic was quite good, and they had the necessary staff that would make or break a good surgery. The transplant was smooth even though it was quite long. However, with the medications they give you, it's not that bad. This also depends on how many grafts you intend to do. I initially thought I was going to be in a lot of pain during and a few days after the operation, but thankfully none of that happened to me. I didn't even have swelling. All in all, I fully recommend this clinic. I'm currently on Day 3, so I have yet to see the results, but so far everything looks okay and is healing quite well
