I had a great experience during my consultation and treatment with Dr. Han. He speaks impeccable English, was extremely friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly with clear explanations and solid rationale behind his recommendations. There was zero pressure to commit and no aggressive upselling, which I really appreciated.
During the procedure itself, he explained every step of what he was doing, which was very reassuring and also ensured I was comfortable.

The front desk staff speak enough English for basic guidance and instructions, though deeper questions might be trickier if you don't speak Korean.

I’ve been to several different clinics in Korea before, but I was specifically looking for somewhere that offered a more personalized experience. I found eraser Clinic through the recommendation of a friend, and could not be happier with my experience!

I was able to make a booking through WhatsApp, and was able to get potential recommendations along with all of my requested pricing information beforehand. This was really important for me because some “premium” clinics I’ve contacted have not been upfront with their payment information when asking.

The consultation was exactly what I was hoping for. I think I kept Dr. Han in consultation for over half an hour where we went over literally every one of my concerns and questions. Dr. Han was very knowledgeable and thorough in all of his explanations, and I was able to get both a machine face analysis and body analysis without any extra charge.

I ended up going with skin boosters via Mira Jet and the Onda option for my chin area. Dr. Han was so attentive throughout the Mira jet treatment to things like discomfort, areas that I wanted more focus on, and answered all of the extra questions that I forgot to ask during consultation. Dr. Lee handled my Onda treatment and he was also very attentive and responsive.

Everything from booking to treatment was smooth, and the staff were always helpful with my requests. They do have an on-site translator available, but I found the staff as a whole very receptive and easy to communicate with.

Results-wise, it’s been about a week and I really feel like my skin is glowing and I’ve gotten compliments on how my face is looking slimmer.

Will 100% be visiting again!

This was my first time getting any treatments in Korea so I did a TON of research beforehand. I originally found Eraser Clinic through Instagram and really liked Dr. Han’s videos. Knowing that I could speak directly with the doctor in English was also a huge reason I decided to book here.

I was definitely nervous going in because I had so many questions and wasn’t even completely sure what treatment I wanted. The consultation made me feel so much better! Dr. Han went through my concerns with me, explained what he would recommend and why, and was really patient with all of my questions.

I also told them I didn’t have a huge budget and they were really respectful of that. I never felt like I was being pushed to add more treatments or spend more than I was comfortable with.

Such a good first experience and I’m really happy I chose Eraser!

I visited 지우개의원 and overall I was very satisfied!
I got the skin booster 리쥬란 and a 쥬베룩 procedure, and it was done with an X injector. I was pleasantly surprised that the pain was almost nonexistent, so I could receive it comfortably ㅎㅎ

The procedure was carried out carefully, and the staff were also kind and guided me well, which I really liked. I was worried about the procedure process and the pain, but I was able to have it done without any burden, so I want to visit again next time :)

I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. It was also a big plus that the doctor speaks English very well, which made communication easy and comfortable.

The price is definitely on the higher side, but in my opinion, the quality and level of care make it worth the cost. The clinic is especially well known for XERF treatments, and it’s easy to see why.

From my experience, this is one of the best clinics in Korea, especially if you’re looking for high-quality XERF treatment. Highly recommended!

The consultation with the doctor was SO informative and covered all my questions and gave several options plus individualized recommendations. This was my first time visiting Seoul and first adventure into the Seoul’s skincare industry. Dr. Han was exactly what I was looking for: knowledgeable, attention, honest and skilled. I wanted a doctor to do an assessment of my skin concerns and provide their recommendations not a place where you get a facial analysis followed by a non doctor recommending treatments. Dr. Han values that interaction and relationship with his patients and deeply cares about his practice. He listened to all my concerns, gave me all the options available and his professional recommendation. I appreciated the details he went into all the options. I got XERF and mirajet with juvelook. Mirajet can be a bit uncomfortable but you are numbed prior to the procedure. His clinic is beautiful and clean. Staff members also very professional and friendly. I felt like I was glowing right after the procedure. It’s now been over a week and I still feel fabulous. Oh and I also convinced my husband to get a treatment and he’s loving the results. We are already planning a trip back next year!!

When searching for the ideal clinic and doctor in Korea for my daughter and myself, I explored many options but ultimately chose Doctor Eraser (Dr. Han). What truly impressed me was his extensive knowledge of every product and machine at his clinic and further knowledge of the skin in general, which was especially comforting as a first-timer like me. The best part was how easily I could communicate with my doctor, despite being an international visitor. He performed all the procedures we discussed during our consultation and patiently explained each step again, setting clear and realistic expectations. Throughout the process, he remained calm, reassuring, and approachable, making the entire experience very comforting. Moreover, his clinic and staff are exceptionally welcoming to foreigners and have a beautiful, modern aesthetic which made the environment so relaxing. I chose the Mira Jet, Tune Liner, Onda, and Shrink treatments to achieve firmer, brighter skin. While waiting for my numbing cream, I was offered a choice between coffee in the lobby or a Vita Drip with glutathione—I happily chose the Vita Drip. Overall, this was the most comfortable, confident, and relaxing experience I’ve had at a foreigner-friendly clinic during my first visit seeking a K- Beauty glow up. I wholeheartedly recommend his clinic to all my friends visiting Korea—and I’ve already found my go-to clinic for future visits.
