I recently had surgery with Dr Emin at the beginning of April through booking surgery and I have to say they’ve been brilliant, from the very beginning nothing has been too much for them. Very helpful, understanding and professional. The hospital staff at Yasam were just the best, such kind, caring people! My surgeon has done an amazing job, very neat scars and I’ve been told by professionals in the uk that my belly button is one of the best they’ve seen after abdominoplasty (only been 3 weeks) Also I have to give my coordinator Bruce a shout out for putting up with me haha, I have had one million questions, panicked about stuff, changed my mind etc and he’s been really good, nothing has been too much for him and he’s answered all my questions and concerns with no problems. Even after my surgery now I’m still in contact with him checking on my healing etc. I’d highly recommend this company for sure! 🫶🏼

Hi, on Thursday I was operated on at this clinic for recognition of someone else’s recommendation. I’m from Barcelona. I had gastric sleeve surgery and I have to say I went into the operation with total panic. Everything was a success—my first night was horrible: I went through a lot with vomiting and stomach pain. But the next day, everything started to improve. I have to say I left happy with everything.
When I returned to Spain, in the car I was given a translator named Denis who speaks Spanish better than many of the people there in this clinic—it’s more than English or other languages, but Denis treated us incredibly well. He helped us at the airport with everything, making everything faster so I wouldn’t have to suffer for so many hours.
I mean, Denis is a sweetheart. And everything was great. I bought everything there: the vitamins, the sachets, everything. They give it all to you, and you have options for what to buy. Now I’m in the liquid phase—I’ve been on it for 4 days. But I’m doing super well: I have lots of energy and I’m feeling great. The stitches on my belly will fall off on their own and everything is healing well, and I recommend it. I’d been thinking about it for more than a year, and now that I did it, it wasn’t as dramatic as I imagined.

I have recently had a face and neck lift templelift with Booking Surgery. After doing a lot of research, I decided they were the right place for me to go. The inpatient team made me feel very comfortable and more relaxed about the whole process. The nurses service was outstanding! They worked like clockwork in terms of taking care of you and I particularly want to thank Benjamm, Leo, Mery and John. The translators, Martin and Sam, were wonderful and they addressed all my concerns and translated all my questions to the doctors and nurses. I had a coordinator, Chris Y Andrea, that was in touch with me from the first time I messaged Booking Surgery, and he is still in touch with me now, weeks after my surgery and returning home. I am very grateful for all his help, he has gone over and above his job to help me out. My hospital room was immaculate, cleaned daily and bedding changed. Food was appropriate for post surgery, and was all delivered following hygiene rules. I was run through all the discharge information with the doctors and felt happy knowing what my aftercare needed to look like once I returned home. I would definitely choose Booking Surgery again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for top quality care. My surgery was with Dr Atacan Emre Koçman - he is exceptional at what he does and I am thrilled with my results.

My coordinator was the brilliant Isabel walker who was in contact with me before and after surgery.
I arrived with my brother on the 23/6/25 at Biruni hospital about 22.30 for a Gastric sleeve operation.
Iam a 52 year old male 5 foot 11, 19 and half stone BMI 37.5.
I suffer with shortness of breath acid reflux high blood pressure enlarged prostrate fatty liver severe obstructive sleep apnea and also recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
When I arrived at the hospital within an hour the paperwork was done I had a ECG chest X-ray ultra scan blood test and blood pressure readings taken all within an hour of arriving 😯
The hospital is lovely like a four-star hotel and the staff are also very lovely smiley and helpful.
I was shown to my room which was very modern and clean and nice.
In your bathroom you have a lovely big shower toilet and sink.
In your room you have a lovely fully adjustable electric bed with a TV on the at the end of the bed with the internet. You have a sofa and a sofa bed and a chair sink and fridge.
I did the liver shrink diet 10 days before my surgery and also was walking up hills for 20 minutes a day and exercising before my surgery and drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day.
In the first six days of doing the liver shrink diet exercising walking up hills and drinking 3 to 4 liters of water a day I lost over a stone 14 pound 11 in 6 days. 😯
The morning of the 24th of june I was taken to surgery at 07:30. after surgery I was in the recovery room then taken to my room shortly after that. my brother said I was gone for just under two hours.
I had no pain after surgery and I believe it is because I stuck to the diet did lots of walking up hills exercising and drinking 3 to 4 liters of water a day.
They encourage you to start walking straight away after surgery to get rid of gas and trap wind but I had none and I was walking straight away pain free.
You will see other patients on the ward walking about trying to get rid of trap wind or gas.
I speak to other people on the ward and they could not believe I just had surgery and was walking about completely normal but that is the honest truth I was walking about pain-free.
I was there for four days and three nights and I was averaged about 9,000 steps a day walking about pain-free in the hospital and up the road to the local cafe with my brother.
You cannot have a shower till a few hours before you go home. I bought one pack of Fresh Wipes Antibacterial Body Wipes For Adults which are nice and big and one pack is enough.
I bought one TePe Hydrating Mouth Gel for Dry Mouth, mild Peppermint, Mouth Gel to Ease The Feeling of Dry Mouth.
I also bought lip balm and infacol.
you do not need to buy a bottle to spray water into your mouth because they supply a bottle for you and you can keep everything in your fridge nice and cool.
Since I got home on the liver shrink diet and walking about and having the operation in 14 days I have lost just over 2 stone already and feel fantastic I have no side effects or no pain.
If you ask me what is the number one advice I could give you is stick to the diet do loads of walking up hills exercise drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day before the operation to shrink your liver because it makes surgery so much easier for the surgeon less complications less surgery time and hopefully pain-free recovery like me.
Go get the surgery done you will not regret it will be the best decision you could ever make and you will wish you did it years ago.

I went through booking.com for tummy tuck and breast augmentation with implant and cannot recommend them enough. My co-ordinator bruce grayson was always on hand to answer any questions and also came to visit me after surgery cannot recommend him enough. Also my surgeon Dr yalcin (magic hands) so happy with results.

I recently had a mini bypass surgery here and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, communication was great, everything was clearly explained and I always felt informed and reassured. The nurses were truly amazing kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My surgeon was incredibly professional, calm, and made me feel completely confident in the procedure. From the very first text with my coordinator Deniz, I've felt in good hands. As soon as I stepped foot in biruni I was made to feel safe and the care is second to none. My surgeon for my gastric sleeve was Dr Kagan Katar and he was amazing. The staff are all so friendly and can't do enough for you. I would highly recommend if you're thinking about booking then do it. I've had an amazing experience.

I used booking surgery in July 2022 for a Gastric Sleeve with Dr Ali Tardu and managed to lose 9 stone. The care I received was excellent and I then decided to return in March 2025 for plastic surgery to remove the excess skin from my weight loss I booked through my coordinator Isabel who arranged my surgery with Dr Emin Atli for a 360FDL, Mons Lift, Muscle Repair and Arm lift. On arriving at Istanbul I was met by the transfer team and taken to Optimed International Hospital. The hospital was very clean and the nurses were very attentive, helpful and caring. The translators Jake, Chris and Olive couldn’t do enough for you they were so helpful and helped order in dinner/food etc they set up the Netflix in my room and made sure I had everything I needed. Dr Emin was very lovely and spoke good English with help of the translators I was made to feel informed and at ease during the whole process. The pre op tests were thorough and I was given the findings in a report in English to take home along with a copy of my blood results. The op itself was very successful and I’m overjoyed so far at my results. Dr Emin was in each morning following surgery to check on me and my recovery. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to book plastic surgery to use Dr Emin at booking surgery as I cannot fault the service I have received it has been exceptional from start to finish!
