The team, the staff, the translators, the nurses, all the employees were kind, pleasant, attentive, and responsive. The doctor was particularly courteous and respected my beliefs.
However, they changed the doctor at the last minute when we were already on site, so he was not familiar with my file. He refused to follow the treatment that had been planned and scheduled well in advance. He was very kind, but instead of doing what had been agreed upon, he changed my treatment despite my disapproval. If I had known, I would not have come to Turkey. Other than that, the doctor was competent and experienced.
