Your surgical plan, including the implant type and placement, is created together with your surgeon after a detailed consultation. Before your arrival
- Depending on your age and health, an ECG, a chest X-ray or additional tests may be requested.
- Your coordinator will tell you when to stop any medications. Please bring a list of your medications and previous medical reports.
- If you smoke, you need to stop 2 to 4 weeks before surgery.

Your recovery timeline
- Day 1: You arrive in the morning. Examination, tests and surgery take place on the same day. You stay overnight at the hospital with your companion.
- Day 2: Drains are removed, and you are discharged and transferred to your hotel.
- Day 5: Check-up and stitch removal at the hospital.
- Day 15: Check-up at the hospital. After this, you can fly home.
- Day 20: Your surgeon shows you the breast massage, in person or online.
- After Day 20: Return to daily life and work, depending on your job.
