The package includes one Straumann dental implant, consultation, clinical examination, treatment planning, local anesthesia, and implant placement. Panoramic X-ray or 3D CBCT evaluation may be used when clinically required for accurate implant planning.

Please note that this package covers the implant placement stage only. The implant abutment, implant crown, or any additional procedures such as bone grafting or sinus lift are not included unless they are specifically added to the treatment plan.
