From the very first contact to the complimentary transport after my treatment, the service was first class
The reason I chose this hospital was the speed with which they organised everything for me. From the very first contact to the complimentary transport after my treatment, the service was first class. I had a laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with mesh and I'm feeling better than I expected. Importantly, there were no additional expenses. The liaison at the hospital was up close and personal. There when he was needed. He arranged complimentary transport back to my accommodation for which we were grateful I brought my girlfriend who helped with translation, which made sure I was aware of everything that was happening. Although English support was available, it wasn't really tested in my case. The aftercare guide they provided was clear, and they have stayed in touch. For any future patient, I would advise bringing a companion. The staff were busy and I had a private room, which could become lonely. My friend was made very welcome and her accommodation was comfortable.

I took along my girlfriend who helped with the translation. She made sure I was aware of everything that was happening. Although the support for English translation was there is was not really tested.
