My biggest worry was centered on one of the 2-3 fibroids I had. The surgeon and the entire team at the clinic were great, which put me at ease. The procedure itself was smooth. I am now in the early recovery phase and I feel good, though I do tire easily, as is expected. It’s still too early to know what the final results will be, but I am optimistic. I can’t really comment on the price clarity as I wasn't sure about the details. From a medical and care standpoint, everything was handled very professionally by the staff.

The doctor was patient and heard all my needs. He couldnot have done more. Bookmed helped me get the best options. The process was so smooth

Maybe, letting customer know there will be additional cost other than the ones quotated. We paid for so many tests not covered.

My surgeon was fantastic. I felt very reassured when he took the time to explain the deep plane technique so clearly and even drew the incision lines with me right before my surgery. He also personally checked on me after I woke up from the general anesthesia. The procedure covered my full face and neck, and I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of what was quoted. The clinic facilities are excellent. My only disappointment has been the aftercare, as there has been very little contact from the staff. It's still early in the healing process, so it is too early to tell how the final results will look.

The doctor was warm and patient.

It was the right choice

What worried me most was the uncertainty and what the treatment plan would be. But my fears were put to rest after the very first consultation. The doctor was very attentive and explained everything in detail and calmly, which immediately put me at ease. I really appreciate that approach. All the staff at the clinic were responsive and supportive at every stage. The clinic itself made a good impression; everything is well organised. I am currently in the recovery phase and feel much calmer, having a clear understanding of the next steps. It was the right choice.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hisar Hospital Intercontinental in Istanbul for the high professionalism, attentiveness and care shown at every stage of my treatment. I underwent hysteroscopic removal of several endometrial polyps, including one large one measuring 3 cm. Everything went perfectly - from the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care. Special thanks to my doctor - Op. Dr Berna Buse Kobal. She inspired confidence from the very beginning, explained everything calmly and clearly, acted very carefully and confidently. After the operation I felt great, without pain or discomfort. The nurses and all the staff of the clinic were very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in the hospital is clean, modern, comfortable and absolutely safe. I would also like to thank Julia, a Bookimed employee, who helped me with counselling and organising the trip. We made the decision literally at the last moment: we were informed from Dushanbe in the evening, flew out at night, and already in the morning I was in the clinic. He completed his residency training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Marmara University. Following his residency, he worked at Diyarbakır Selahaddin Eyyubi State Hospital and Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital, where he gained extensive clinical experience in orthopaedic trauma, sports surgery, arthroscopic procedures, and joint surgery.
