Yasmina, my coordinator was very helpful in making my decision to have angioplasty on my lower limbs. She gave me options and worked with PMG Hospital the most to give me a very workable quote and to facilitate getting the procedure done within my limited timeframe. I found BMG Hospital to be very Foreign Patient oriented. I met first with staff to learn about the abilities for the hospital to preform the surgery and Vee their liaison, made communicating with the nurses and especially the doctor much easier. I found the staff, nurses and their support, including the kitchen, who made wonderful food which had nothing to do with the "Hospital Food" preconception. My Doctor was very knowledgeable and experienced with the procedure and preformed it well. His team gave me the confidence to have the surgery and made it run well. All in all I would like to thank Bookimed, the PMG Hospital and especially the Doctor and nurses for their outstanding work and care and now believe do to their efforts my life will now be longer and pain free. Looking forward to returning for my 6 month check up! And may I say the follow up care by Vee and his team with hotel visits and transportation to and from the Hospital were over the top!
If I were to add anything it would be to have the rest of the staff learn a little more basic English, they tried very hard and I know they were giving it their best and in the long run we figured it all out!
