Salih Onur — Istanbul

Dr. Salih Onur Basat is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Istanbul with over 20 years of practice. He holds certification from the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). Dr. Basat treats more than 850 patients annually. Furthermore, he achieved a 99th percentile ranking in the Turkish national medical board exams.
