Mental health problems can involve complex and multifaceted processes that negatively impact the quality of life for many individuals. In this field, accurate diagnosis and effective treatment are of paramount importance. After graduating from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completing my specialization training at the same university, I have achieved successful results in many cases using psychotherapy methods in addition to medication treatments.

I use the most current and evidence-based psychopharmacological approaches in the treatment of mental health conditions such as addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). My goal is to help my clients return to their daily lives as quickly as possible through the selection and adjustment of appropriate medication and dosage.

In modern psychiatry, medication plays a highly effective and indispensable role in the treatment of many mental illnesses. Beyond these treatments, I also carefully utilize methods such as Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Virtual Reality Therapy (VR Therapy) for my patients, which aim to restore functionality and improve overall quality of life.

During the treatment process, I create a personalized medication plan for each individual, taking into account biological, psychological, and environmental factors. I closely monitor the process through side effect profiles, treatment response, and long-term follow-up, and together we determine the most appropriate treatment protocol.

In addition to medication, I also offer combined treatment options with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other psychotherapy approaches when needed, aiming to bring peace to my clients’ lives.
