The doctor was great, really explained everything as much as he could and helped loads
For anyone considering this procedure, my experience was a mixed bag, but the medical care itself was solid. My surgeon performed a vasovasostomy and was very honest about success chances, especially given my original vasectomy was 5–10 years ago. The doctor was great, really explained everything as much as he could and helped loads. Staff were good and very attentive also. I’m feeling about as expected in my recovery and the clinic gave me a clear aftercare guide. The main issue was the catering. Honestly, the food, it was boring or disgusting not good. There was no choice of meals or drinks for me or my partner. It's my one big piece of advice for others: bring plenty of your own food and drink for your stay.

The food, it was boring or disgusting not good. There was no choice of meals, snacks or even drinks before, during or after surgery and my same for my partner. Nobody questioned why we hadnt eaten any of the food either.

The English coordinators were amazing, very helpful and a joy to work with
The English coordinators were amazing, very helpful and a joy to work with. They made the process so much easier. I'm very grateful for them. Apart from one incident where a nurse ignored my four requests for pain medication while I was unwell on the ward, my experience with staff was generally good. My surgeon was direct about a realistic final cup size and carefully explained the anchor incision technique and scar placement, marking me meticulously before surgery. Since the procedure, the clinic has stayed in touch, providing a clear aftercare guide and being easy to reach. I did have some additional expenses for take-home medication and an extra night at the hotel. My advice is to do your research and communicate concerns like my medication sensitivity beforehand. Also, be prepared that you might not like the hospital food.

Apart from one incident of a nurse ignoring me and not wanting ro give me pain medication while in pain and unwell after asking her 4 times on the ward, I had a good experience with staff in general.

All has been handled correctly by the clinic, the result is good and i liked both the hospital room and the hotel one
The clinic stayed in touch consistently after I was discharged, which was reassuring. I'm in early recovery from my tummy tuck with muscle repair and abdominal liposuction, and so far, I am feeling about as expected. The process was organized. In my own words, all has been handled correctly by the clinic, the result is good and i liked both the hospital room and the hotel one. The primary difficulty was that the staff itself could have a better understanding of the English language. Be prepared for some extra costs. I had to pay for aftercare medicines upon leaving the clinic and for my meals at the hotel.

I also loved the surgical nurse, Ezra, who is an angel making sure you have all you need
I loved my surgical nurse, Ezra, and the surgeon was attentive, but there needed to be more discussion on incision placement. The aftercare, however, has been almost non-existent. I had the procedure on both arms and I'm not feeling as good as I had hoped. I feel very unsupported. The clinic is slow to respond, with little contact, and not all my questions are answered—it feels as though they don’t care once they have your money. On a positive note, the surgeon did the consultation and markings personally. Be prepared for additional expenses, as I had to buy my own medicines for aftercare. My advice: have a translator app ready to speak with staff and take some protein bars in case you are hungry.
Loved the surgical nurse, Ezra, who is an angel making sure you have all you need. Surgeon was attentive and checked in. Translator helped in particular with the surgeon.
More discussion of placement of incision. Better after care as this has been almost non existent

On the whole, I was really satisfied with everything
The conversation with my surgeon before the procedure was very direct; he discussed the risks and the full recovery timeline clearly, which helped me prepare. On the whole, I was really satisfied with everything. The doctor was very nice and very helpful. The staff were very friendly. It was also a relief that there were no additional expenses beyond the agreed price. I'm still healing. The clinic has been easy to reach with my follow-up questions, which is reassuring during this period of recovery.
