I'm confident in my choice and would recommend this clinic
My biggest worry was how the results would actually look and feel afterward. Now that I'm in the early stages of recovery from the fat transfer graft, I can say the outcome is positive. The girth is already noticeably thicker. Everything is still slightly numb, as expected, but the visual change is definitely there. The surgeon and the entire staff were professional and clear with all information, which helped manage my concerns from the beginning. It's a relief. Based on the care I received and the initial results, I'm confident in my choice and would recommend this clinic.

The clinic staff were competent, and the surgeon was clear in our consultations
Waking up, I felt groggy but managed. The clinic staff were competent, and the surgeon was clear in our consultations. The incision was placed under the breast, which is what I wanted. I am still in the early recovery phase, and it has its challenges. My pain has lessened to a mild discomfort, but sleeping through the night is difficult, and my nipples are uncomfortably hypersensitive. Overall, the medical care was solid, though the recovery process itself is demanding. It’s a serious undertaking.

The surgeon and staff were very capable and provided solid care from start to finish
The main thing I worried about was the recovery, and it is definitely a process. At 15 days post-op, sleeping on my back is hard, and the pain is still moderate, though it's manageable. It's not easy. I’m glad that my nipple sensitivity feels normal, which was a specific concern since my surgeon used an incision around the nipple. The surgeon and staff were very capable and provided solid care from start to finish. My best advice for anyone else is what got me through the tougher moments: have patience and trust the procedure.
Very warm gesture I have been experienced from doctor and staff very cooperative and responsible.

100% recommend this clinic
On 19.02.2025 I had breast augmentation surgery. Beforehand, I received a detailed consultation from professionals Dr Anychit Kitsombud, Dr Elena Goldobenko and nurse Maricor. The doctor helped with the choice of size and shape of implants, told me in detail about the operation, consequences, recovery process, gave clear recommendations. The surgery was easy, the medical staff was always in touch, they helped, cared. Dr Elena is always in touch, controls the recovery process, gives recommendations. Definitely, the choice of this clinic was the right decision for this operation. I am very happy with the result. 100% recommend this clinic. Professionalism, safety, care - B Care!

I had my surgery at B.care on Bukimed's recommendation. Before the surgery, I asked the doctor 3 times what complications there could be, but the interpreter and (assistant surgeon) "did not understand the question" said that there could be problems "ONLY if I do not do massage after surgery. After my breast augmentation, my pocket tore and my implant went down. The doctor told me to wear a rubber band from the post-operative underwear - on top, which provoked the breast drooping even more. Then I was taken to the breast correction, which was done under local anesthesia, just injected the breast with Ledocoin, cut the stitches, tightened and sewed back. It was very painful and I experienced a huge amount of stress that I still remember to this day. This kind of surgery should be under general anesthesia. After the correction, I have again lowered one breast, of course, not so much, but still, very ugly looks. Also initially the doctor placed the implants very low, because of this there is little volume on top, it looks like not round but drop-shaped implant (which does not fit my body type). All postoperative rules and recommendations and followed, wore underwear and massages. The doctor said that this is because I "lay on the chest" shifting the responsibility on me. But, to surf I was allowed in 2.5 months, and there you need to lie on the chest. I learned about the fact that you can not lie on the chest for a year, when I had a torn pocket. I do not recommend the clinic and the surgeon. Very disappointed.

I am delighted that the scars are well hidden and now they are fading away
Dr has a lot of experience in breast implants, he removed my old implants together with capsulatomy and replaced them with new implants with very little scarring. I had waited two weeks to give a proper analysis of his work,, and am delighted that the scars are well hidden and now they are fading away.
Dr has many years of experience in doing implants and he had to remove my old implants and a capsulectomy procedure and putting in new implants with little scarring.

For real I have 0 complaint at all! Highly recommend!
Travelled all the way from Singapore to Thailand because of the great reviews I read online. Here's what I experienced: There was no pain at all during the surgery. By day 6, I was moving around just fine (I did my surgery on a Saturday and flew back to Singapore the following Friday with no issues, even while carrying my luggage). By day 9, all the pain was gone, and I could carry my heavy school bag to school the whole day without any problem. I was honestly quite surprised at how fast I recovered, especially after reading that some people take one to three months to fully recover. That's one of the main reasons I recommend this clinic. The breast implants turned out really well. For real I have 0 complaint at all! Highly recommend!
Today is the 9th day from the day of my surgery and I’m alrdy recovered from the painfulness.
No complain at all, all good

FAQ about Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer in Thailand

These FAQs come from real patients seeking medical assistance through Bookimed. Answers are given by experienced medical coordinators and trusted clinic representatives.

Is it safe to undergo breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand?

Breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand is safe when performed by board-certified surgeons in JCI-accredited hospitals. Facilities like Asia Cosmetic Hospital and Wansiri Hospital follow international safety protocols. Some clinics even report 0% major complication rates for international patients.

  • Accredited facilities: Bangkok hospitals maintain standards set by JCI (Joint Commission International) and ISO.
  • Specialist expertise: Practitioners like Dr Saran Wannachamras have US-based training in reconstructive surgery.
  • Theatre standards: Operating theatres use HEPA air filtration to prevent surgical infections.
  • Surgical volume: Leading specialists at ID Clinic Bangkok have performed over 20,000 elective procedures.
  • Safety screening: Surgeons require preoperative ultrasounds or mammograms to establish healthy breast baselines.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thailand is a global hub for fat grafting. Surgeons like Dr Chen Chaicharncheep hold international fellowships in specialised liposuction techniques. Clinics often bundle 24-hour nursing care and private hospital rooms into packages. This immediate post-operative support is a significant safety advantage for Australian patients travelling alone.

Patient Consensus: Patients felt relieved by the professional staff who provided clear information. The natural visual results and positive outcomes from fat grafting in Thailand gave them confidence.

When should I contact a medical professional following breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand?

Contact a medical professional immediately if you have sudden chest pain, breathing difficulties, or a fever above 38°C. Patients in Thailand should also seek urgent care for spreading redness or foul-smelling discharge. Severe pain that prescribed medications cannot manage also requires attention. These can signal infection or blood clots.

  • Infection signs: Contact a doctor for spreading redness, intense warmth, or pus-like drainage.
  • Blood clot risks: Seek help for shortness of breath or pain and swelling in calves.
  • Sudden asymmetry: Report rapid swelling or major changes in one breast to the specialist.
  • Excessive bleeding: Get reviewed if blood soaks bandages 24 hours after the fat transfer.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Many Bangkok clinics like Asia Cosmetic Hospital include 24-hour nurse services and telehealth follow-ups. This digital support is vital for Australians after flying home. It allows surgeons to monitor fat graft healing and any potential necrosis via video.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand describe feeling relieved when surgeons provide clear information during early recovery. They recommend keeping the clinic contact details handy at all times. This helps if any numbness or visual changes cause concern during the first weeks.

Who is a suitable candidate for breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand?

Suitable candidates for breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand are women seeking a natural increase in volume. They must have enough donor fat in areas like the abdomen or thighs. Ideal patients prefer a modest enlargement over implants and maintain a stable weight for long-term results.

  • Fat reserves: Requires enough excess fat in the abdomen, thighs, or flanks for harvesting.
  • Size goals: Best for those wanting a natural, small-to-moderate increase rather than dramatic enlargement.
  • Health status: Must be in good health and ideally a non-smoker for better healing.
  • Weight stability: Results depend on a stable weight, as significant fluctuations affect the transferred fat.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics like ID Clinic Bangkok and Wansiri Hospital serve 2,000+ international patients annually. This includes many Australians. While basic procedures start from $2,300, most Australian patients choose mid-range packages around A$6,300–A$6,500. These often include 24-hour nurse services and private rooms. These are helpful when recovering without family support nearby.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand appreciate the natural feel of fat transfer and the benefit of body contouring. Many found the surgical staff clear and professional. This helped manage their expectations about fat survival and final volume.

Are the results of breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand permanent?

Breast augmentation results with fat transfer in Thailand are considered permanent once fat cells establish a blood supply. This process usually finishes within 12 weeks. Around 30%–40% of the fat typically reabsorbs initially. However, the remaining 60%–70% stays in place for years.

  • Cell survival: Transferred fat that survives the first 3 months remains as living tissue indefinitely.
  • Weight stability: Transferred cells change in size naturally if body weight increases or decreases.
  • Initial reabsorption: Surgeons often overfill slightly to compensate for the portion reabsorbed during early healing.
  • Layered sessions: Achieving significant volume often requires 2 sessions. These are usually separated by 3–6 months for safety.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics like Asia Cosmetic Hospital and Wansiri Hospital report success using 24-hour nursing support post-op. This intensive early monitoring helps patients manage surgical sites correctly. Better wound care during this stage improves how well fat grafts take and last.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand find the results look and feel natural quickly despite initial numbness. Most expect early volume loss. They confirm that staying at a stable weight is key to keeping their new shape.

What is the expected recovery timeline for breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand?

Most patients regain basic mobility within several days of breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand. While initial recovery allows a return to desk work after 7 days, strenuous exercise requires 4–6 weeks. Transferred fat typically takes 3–6 months to stabilise and show final results.

  • Initial days: Surgeons often recommend staying 4–5 days in Bangkok for post-operative checks.
  • Clinical stay: Some packages at Asia Cosmetic Hospital include private rooms and 24-hour nursing.
  • Activity limits: Heavy lifting or stomach sleeping must be avoided for at least 2 weeks.
  • Liposuction sites: Patients should expect donor-site soreness and bruising where fat was harvested.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics like Asia Cosmetic Hospital and Wansiri Hospital use JCI-accredited facilities to minimise risks. High-volume centres often bundle recovery essentials like compression garments and 24-hour nursing. This support is vital since donor-site pain from liposuction often exceeds breast discomfort.

Patient Consensus: Recovery in Thailand feels quick for mobility, though early numbness and swelling are standard. Patients highlight that visual changes are immediate but final settling takes a few months.

What is breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand?

Breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand is a natural surgical procedure. It enhances breast size by injecting the patient's own fat instead of using implants. Surgeons harvest fat via liposuction from the abdomen or thighs. They then purify and graft it into the breasts for subtle, soft results.

  • Dual benefit: This procedure uses liposuction to slim donor areas while increasing breast volume.
  • Natural feel: Transferred tissue feels like natural breast tissue. It offers modest size increases of 1–2 cups.
  • Clinical expertise: Centres such as Asia Cosmetic Hospital hold JCI accreditation and international ISO standards.
  • Specialist training: Surgeons like Dr Chen Chaicharncheep have completed fellowships in South Korea for fat grafting.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics frequently combine fat transfer with body contouring for a full aesthetic transformation. While basic procedures start from $2,300, premium packages at Asia Cosmetic Hospital or Charismma Clinic around A$6,300–A$6,500 often include private recovery suites and VIP airport transfers. This creates a smoother experience for international patients than arranging separate logistics.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand feel relieved by the professional staff who manage expectations about visual changes. Experience shows the outcome is positive and looks very natural. However, some initial numbness is expected during the early stages of recovery.

How many cup sizes can I expect to increase with breast augmentation with fat transfer in Thailand?

Patients typically achieve an increase of half to one full cup size in a single session. Some results reach two cup sizes. However, final volume depends on donor fat and tissue survival after the graft transfer.

  • Fat survival: Some volume is naturally resorbed during the first few weeks after surgery.
  • Donor sites: Success depends on having enough fat in the thighs, hips, or abdomen.
  • Incremental gains: Achieving two full cup sizes often requires a second follow-up procedure.
  • Natural results: This technique provides a soft feel without the use of silicone implants.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Thai clinics like Asia Cosmetic Hospital and Wansiri Hospital often combine fat grafting with VASER liposuction. This 2-in-1 approach sculpts the waist while enhancing the breasts. Data shows leading surgeons there have performed 20,000+ procedures, which helps maintain high fat retention rates.

Patient Consensus: Patients in Thailand report a modest increase that feels completely natural. They suggest checking that donor fat is available. They also expect visual changes to stabilise after initial numbness.
