Very good advice from the operators of the Bookimed website
Hello. As for the clinic, I can say that it is not bad for its price. We did a PET CT procedure + a doctor's consultation, but the clinic wanted to charge us a separate fee for a doctor's consultation, but we came to an agreement and did not pay anything. Clinic 6 out of 10. Separately, I note that Very good advice from the operators of the Bookimed website

The hospital has no good travel connections
About 3 times we have been struggling to get a taxi for me and my mother after 6 pm, my mother is 80 years old and she had waited
for 2 hours to get a taxi, I spoke with the international office without any help
Some areas in the hospital does not have AC
They don’t have a real sense of Multidisciplinary meeting
My understanding of MDM is that the consultants meet together
Take the decision and and pass it to the patient by one of them
rather than the patient moves from one consultant to another
Without clear outcome

We came from Uzbekistan and regretted that we missed 2 days without passing here right away. Because there is a translator and fast service. I thank all the staff, they are all smiling, professional staff.

Good equipment, but I would like a better attitude from the medical staff. The clinic is clean, there are comfortable waiting areas and a cafe. I recommend a visit, but you need to be patient.
The fact that there is a full cycle - transfer from the airport and back, housing and support
Translation services. But this was resolved when they asked for something else.

Mom sent to the clinic for PET CT. Unfortunately, I could not go with her. At the airport, the coordinator Yulduz, the clinic is modern and excellent, near the Merkur hotel is also super. However, on the day of the procedure, it turned out that there is no diagnostic equipment in the clinic itself, so my mother was sent to the laboratory to the machine that the clinic was in control of, everything is fine, but Yulduz did not go with her mother, and my mother spoke on the fingers there, and after a while she phoned Yulduz by telephone for telephone translation. And so on the whole is great.
