Prof. Dr. Ali Ferruh Akay is a board-certified urologist with more than 30 years of medical experience. He has specialized in urology for over 25 years. He currently serves as Professor of Urology at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Akay earned his medical degree from Dokuz Eylul University. He completed his urology residency at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. In 2005, he received advanced training in Endourology and Laparoscopic Surgery at the University of Rochester in the USA.

He has worked at several leading institutions. These include Dicle University, Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, Memorial Diyarbakır Hospital, Veni Vidi Hospital, and Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Akay’s expertise includes uro-oncology, endourology, minimally invasive procedures, stone surgeries, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and BPH. He has published over 100 scientific articles and is an active member of the European Association of Urology (EAU).

Prof. Dr. Fatih Kurtuluş is a leading urologist and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He earned his medical degree from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1997. He specializes in endourology and urooncology. He received advanced training at IRCAD Strasbourg and gained international experience at Heidelberg University and Milan San Raffaele IRCCS Hospital.

He became a professor in 2018. He has received several awards, including the 2015 Urooncology Research Award. He also won best oral presentation at the AUA Congress in 2008 and the EAU Congress in 2009. Dr. Kurtuluş has published widely in international journals. He is an active member of the EAU, Endourological Society, Turkish Association of Urology, and Urooncology Association.

The doctor graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1986 and completed a urology specialization in 1991. He served as the Chief of Urology Clinic at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital from 2001 to 2013 and became a Professor of Urology in 2008. His medical interests include prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, and pediatric urology. He has authored over 300 academic papers with more than 1000 citations. He has edited books on prostate cancer and pediatric urology, and participated in numerous scientific committees. He was Congress President of the 9th Eurasian Urooncology Congress in 2019.

The doctor specializes in various urological conditions, with a focus on penis prosthesis, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and kidney cancer, including radical and partial nephrectomy. Expertise extends to laparoscopic urology, kidney stones, and surgeries for urinary incontinence in women. The doctor is also skilled in hypospadias surgery, pediatric vesicoureteral reflux, microsurgical varicocele surgery, penis enlargement, and Peyronie's disease correction.

Having completed a urology residency at Istanbul University School of Medicine, the doctor gained extensive experience at Haseki Education and Research Hospital, Bezmialem Vakıf University, Medical Park Bahçelievler, and Ethica Incirli Hospital, and currently serves as a Professor of Medicine at Medicana Hospital Bahcelievler.
