Dr. Irfan Cicin is a Professor of Medical Oncology at the Trakya University Faculty of Medicine (2015–present). He has over 20 years of medical oncology experience and has held academic roles since 2010.

Education: MD, Istanbul University – Cerrahpaşa (1991–1997). Residency in Internal Medicine, Trakya University (1997–2002). Fellowship in Medical Oncology, Trakya University (2002–2004).

Practice: Medical Oncologist, Trakya University (2005–2008). Medical Oncologist, Elazığ Training and Research Hospital (2008–2010). Associate Professor of Medical Oncology, Trakya University (2010–2015). He previously served as a physician in the Turkish Air Force at Etimesgut Military Hospital (2004–2005).

Dr. Muhammed Mustafa Atci is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at İstinye University, Liv Hospital Topkapı (2025–present). He previously served as Associate Professor and Education Coordinator at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital (2023–2025). He was also a Medical Oncologist there (2018–2021).

He has been a member of ASCO and the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology since 2018. He is the author or co-author of 19 peer-reviewed international papers on colon, breast, gastric, pancreatic, lung, thyroid, sarcoma, and colorectal cancers.

Notable works include a multicentre study on stage IIB colon cancer survival (Journal of Chemotherapy). He also studied the De Ritis ratio for lung metastasis in testicular cancer (Current Urology). His prognostic studies used PET/CT, MSI, lymph node ratio, and metabolic tumor volume.

The doctor completed specialization training in Radiation Oncology at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine from 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, the doctor completed an undergraduate degree in Medicine, taught in English, at the same institution from 2004 to 2011. The doctor has a strong foundation in medical education, beginning with high school education at Sixteen Numbered Shirvan School in Azerbaijan from 1998 to 2004.

The doctor is an experienced nuclear medicine specialist at HCG Manavata Cancer Centre with 12 years in the field. The doctor specializes in various nuclear scans, PET-CT scans, and nuclear cardiology services, demonstrating proficiency in radioiodine and Lu-177 RN therapies. Over the course of their career, the doctor has managed more than 30,000 PET scans and treated over 1,000 thyroid cancer patients. Additionally, the doctor has contributed to the field through published papers in various medical journals.

The doctor received Surgical Oncology training at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and completed MRCS at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. Starting practice in 2000, the doctor founded Curie Manavata Cancer Centre in 2007. With 19 years of experience, the doctor has performed over 50,000 cancer surgeries and participated in more than 200 clinical trials. The doctor is a published author with numerous international and national publications. Specializing in Breast and Thoracic Surgical Oncology, the doctor is a professor for DNB Superspecialty Surgical Oncology and Breast Surgery at MUHS.

The doctor completed an MD in Internal Medicine at Shyam Shah Medical College and held a Senior Residency in the same department. Following this, the doctor served as Registrar in Medical Oncology at Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital. The doctor completed DNB training in Medical Oncology at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital.

During the Senior Residency, the doctor lectured at the International Winter School of Oncology at AIIMS and presented research on Stomach Cancer at the Gastrointestinal Cancer Symposium by the American Society of Clinical Oncology. The doctor specializes in the molecular basis of cancer and targeted therapies.

The doctor completed an MBBS from MIMER, Pune, and an MS from GMC Panaji. At Tata Medical Center, the doctor served as a Co-principal Investigator in multiple original research projects. Following this, the doctor worked as an Assistant Professor at the State Cancer Institute and Government Cancer Hospital, Aurangabad. With over 10 years of experience, the doctor has successfully performed more than 10,000 major surgeries and has published multiple National and International papers. The doctor graduated from Uludağ University Medical College with a Diploma of Medicine in 1983 and completed a residency in Radiation Oncology at the Center of Oncology & Nuclear Medicine in Istanbul in 1990. A post-doctoral fellowship in Thermoradiotherapy was completed at Thomas Jefferson University from 1990 to 1994. The doctor served as Professor and Chairman of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Uludağ University Medical College from 1994 to 2005 and was the Faculty Accreditation Coordinator from 2001 to 2004.

From 2004 to 2017, the doctor was a Professor and Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Anadolu Medical Center, also serving as Coordinator of Oncological Sciences from 2011 to 2017. Currently, the doctor is the Director of Oncological Sciences at Medicana Bursa Hospital, a position held since 2018.

The doctor is a highly skilled oncologist specializing in the treatment of various cancer types, including solid tumors, pediatric tumors, and hematological malignancies. She is proficient in both conservative and surgical treatments, such as the Whipple procedure.

She completed her MBBS at Lady Hardinge Medical College and MD in internal medicine from Maulana Azad Medical College. She further pursued DM Medical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, where she also served as a consultant.

She is affiliated with international and national oncological societies and has expertise in lung, breast, gynecological, and genitourinary cancers, with a keen interest in immunotherapy and metronomic therapy.
