He completed his residency in the department of Pulmonary Medicine at Ege University in 2009. He was pulmonologist at Dr. Yusuf Azizoğlu State Hospital, Silvan, Diyarbakır from 2009 to 2010. He is still member of Lung and Pleural Malignancies Study Group of Turkish Thoracic Society and Interventional Pulmonology Study Group of Turkish Respiratory Society.
