Associate Professor Dr. Emrah Eraslan graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. From 2006 to 2011, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Internal Medicine at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and became an internal medicine specialist in 2011. Between 2011 and 2013, he worked as an internal medicine specialist and chief physician at Dr. Nafiz Körez Sincan State Hospital and Palu District State Hospital. From 2013 to 2016, he received medical oncology training at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Ankara Oncology Education and Research Hospital and worked there until 2021. In 2023, he became an associate professor and contributed to his field with his publications throughout his career. He currently serves his patients at Koru Ankara Hospital. The doctor received Surgical Oncology training at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and completed MRCS at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. Starting practice in 2000, the doctor founded Curie Manavata Cancer Centre in 2007. With 19 years of experience, the doctor has performed over 50,000 cancer surgeries and participated in more than 200 clinical trials. The doctor is a published author with numerous international and national publications. Specializing in Breast and Thoracic Surgical Oncology, the doctor is a professor for DNB Superspecialty Surgical Oncology and Breast Surgery at MUHS.

The doctor is a Neurosurgeon with over 23 years of experience, specializing in endoscopic skull base surgery, neuroanatomy, and functional neurosurgery. His clinical focus includes movement disorders, spinal surgery, herniated disc, neck hernia, and endoscopic surgeries.

He has received numerous awards such as the Prof. Dr. Mahir Tevruz 2013 Scientific Research Award and the Prof. Dr. Hamit Ziya Gökalp Young Neurosurgical Incentive Award. He completed fellowships at Florida University and Yale University.

The doctor has published 47 articles in SCI international journals, presented papers at 33 international meetings, and contributed to two international books. He is an active member of several prestigious professional organizations.
